Staying at this lovely place was so great! It was immaculate and had every single thing we could have needed. The location is fantastic. It is just a short walk to the beach. Our stay was so quiet which was wonderful. The beds are extremely comfortable. June (property owner) was so sweet. She checked in to make sure we were okay. Our intentions are to return next year. We loved staying at the Tropical Penthouse, true paradise❤️

June was such a wonderful, sweet host and her condo is beautiful! It has so much character, a sparkling newly renovated kitchen, blissful air conditioning, an amazing quiet location, and access to pool and beach right outside the door! My family and I really enjoyed every moment of our time and June was so helpful. I highly recommend Sanibel and if you can snag this spot, you'll be right at home. June's style is so fun and has so much more personality than most places. It's just the right size for 4 adults, and the facilities are unbeatable. We will look forward to coming back one day soon!

Caribbean feel at the beach, very clean, comfortable beds, short walk to the sand. The second bedroom was warm so we did buy a fan (which we left in the closet)

This place was so beautiful and access to beach was great! June stayed in touch with us to see how things were going! ( we have never had an owner do that- great touch!) Condo had updated bathrooms and kitchen! We had great weather and a great time! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

What a lovely place! Lots of room for two people! Tastefully decorated, just enough to celebrate a week by the beach, post Covid. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great Place
Great condos. The pool is large and very nice. Very close to the beach which is beautiful. They have two tennis/pickleball courts, two shuffle board courts and a nice grilling station. The grounds are well kept and beautiful. We are renting there again next year. Would recommend this place.

As advertised
Clean, and well lit bathrooms looked like new. Enjoyed the Lanai. Everything I needed in bath room and bed was comfortable. Owner checked in to make sure everything was good and I appreciated that. Nice to have beach chairs and shelling equipment. Very quiet, no one above unit. very spacious with high ceilings. Kitchen met my needs as well.

Island Paradise
Loggerhead Cay was a wonderful experience. It was our first venture to Sanibel Island, but it won't be our last. The condo was comfortable, cute, and very conveniently located to the beach, pool, and shopping. We were able to enjoy the island by leisurely and healthy excursions on foot and by bike pedal-power.
Owner, June, and everyone we met, was so accommodating and helpful. It was a relaxing and happy vacation! In fact, we were definitely considering our next vacation even before we left the island. Thanks for helping us relieve stress and start 2022, with a positive outlook.

Perfect stay in paradise
Loved this condo! Spacious and very comfortable in a wonderful setting with ocean view. The condo complex was beautiful with easy access to major sites and restaurants. The lanai was such a pleasant area for eating and relaxing. The owner, June, was responsive and delightful. Couldn’t have picked a better place for this magical island. Highly recommend.

Thanksgiving get away
We were finally able to come to Sanibel again (travel restrictions lifted) and were pleased with how well the condo met our needs.
The kitchen had all the equipment we needed and the room arrangement allowed the late risers to have their sleep undisturbed by the early risers. The beach was just a few minute walk away and we found that playing shuffleboard was a great afternoon activity..

Thoroughly Enjoyed
We absolutely loved our stay. The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen has everything you need to bring your own food and cook it there which is nice during these covid times. The lanai was a great surprise. We loved having the glass doors open and enjoy the breeze as we enjoyed our meals. This is a very spacious 2 bedroom condo allowing us all to spread out. The walk to the beach was easy.

The Hostess with the Mostest
The property was as described. The home was charming and tastefully decorated. We were quite comfortable. After a couple of days, it felt like our own home. We will definitely return.
June, the property owner, was simply outstanding! She immediately answered all our questions, whether about the property itself, or recommendations for restaurants and other outdoor activities. She is so kind and thoughtful, and she so wants you to have a great vacation. Never have I dealt with such an accommodating host. She’s simply the hostess with the mostess! When we left her property, I felt like June had become my new friend...well, come to think of it, she HAS:):)

Beautiful place & location
We loved this place and stayed for Christmas week. June the owner was amazing I can’t say enough. Anything we needed she tended too. Loved the home decor and location to the beach. It was wonderful.

Paradise
This condo and it’s location on the island is perfect. The pictures are as shown. It feels like home. The pool is a plus and it is a short walk to the beach. You will want to return soon.

One of the best hosts ever!
June's property was exactly as advertised - spacious, clean, and comfortable. The complex is quiet, within minutes walk to the beach and we also enjoyed the pool on a regular basis. We are very happy with our choice!
June is one of the best hosts I've ever encountered. She is very responsive on e-mail and took the initiative to follow up and make sure everything was great. I really appreciate all her help and would recommend her place to everyone looking to stay at Sanibel Island.

Great location and nice amenities.

June is a superstar owner
Well furnished and decorated. Owner was very attentive to our needs. Only negative was that carpet was stained and needs to be cleaned and/or replaced.

Tropical Penthouse
For the third consecutive year we spent 3 weeks on Sanibel Island during the month of April. If you have not experienced Sanibel and Captiva Islands you are missing out. Our villa is extremely clean and has views of the Gulf of Mexico and the largest pool on Sanibel Island. Restaurants are exceptional and, surprisingly, not overly expensive. Many things to do from bike-riding to golf to sailing to shopping. Consider visiting the next time you go to southwest Florida. BW & SW
