L’ Accueillis en nous précisant … les 5 euros pour le véhicule ( 5 euros de bien venue !) On a vite compris que l’on allait payer jusqu’au bout … buffet rapport qualité… trop chère et pas bon!

The evening dinner was just fine. Good food, good quantities, good place. The price was maybe expensive, but it was worth it.

Literie très confortable.

Douche juste à côté du WC sans séparation. Moquette tachée, trou dans le mur. Il faut compter pour se rendre à l'aéroport, la navette à 7€ l'aller, qui passe toutes les 30 minutes jusqu'à 9h30 le matin et max 8 personnes. Attention donc aux réservations de cette navette qui peut être complète ! Sinon taxi à 23€ pour 1 personne. Cher !

Personnel pas aimable, attente plus de 20 minutes à l'accueil car personne pour vous réceptionner. La chambre n'était pas propre... Accès difficile au 1er étage avec bagages.

Pas d ascenseur ! Vous êtes obligé de monter vos bagages sur plusieurs étages sans aide J ai voulu annuler 1 nuit comme s était mon droit ! Ils ont refusé de me rembourser . J espère réponse de votre part .

Je trouve cet hôtel agréable. Contrairement à ma venue précédente, il faisait bien chaud, c'était très "douillet". La chambre et le personnel sont vraiment agréable. Mais en revanche 1 lit sur les 2 était vraiment mauvais (trop vieux je pense car très déformé et trop mou à mon gout). Robinet salle de bain descellé. Emplacement par rapport à l'aéroport top. Ville avec de belles déco en arrivant. Cerise sur le gâteau on va dire

La literie. (chambre duo) - 1 lit bon mais 1 lit désastreux Robinet salle de bain Eau chaude très longue à venir (mais douche agréable ensuite)

L'accueil, le parkung

La chaleur dans la chambre, j'ai du mettre la clim atisation dur ÉTÉ, baisser à 16* et entr'iyvrir la fenêtre pour avoir 1 température normale mais après 3H00.

La estafa que te cobran por recogerte, por un trayecto de 5 minutos del aeropuerto al hotel, 20 euros por persona!!! En la misma furgoneta nos recojio a 6 personas, 40 x ser 2 y 80 eurazos por los 4 q iban juntos.....una estafa!!! El taxi apenas cuesta 8 euros. Advertidos estáis, no cojais el servicio de transfer!!

Sa situation géographique.

La fenêtre de la chambre en RDC ne fermait pas et il suffisait de la pousser pour rentrer dans la chambre... Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre. Mais dans la 2ème chambre, la clim réversible ne fonctionnait pas. Impossible de mettre du chauffage... Bref, je ne recommande pas!

It was fairly clean and close to the airport

The hotel advertises shuttle service from the airport. We spent so much time to find the location where the shuttle supposedly picks you up. Turns out that area of the airport is closed for construction. We had to spend so much on an Uber and it blew our budget. The hotel staff said they’ve been trying to get booking.com to change it but there has been no success. In the end, this was a huge hassle for us.

Navette and Bus are useful and comfort, sometime bus is better access, without waiting.

Washermachine is not.

Some rude staff, the toilet issues, and paid parking, other unnecessary expenses.

The hotel itself was very good, except for the restaurant that was a buffet and no menu available so you should pay 28 euro to eat which was high if you don't want to eat that much.

The location was very remote. If you want to take a taxi forget about this hotel and choose one that is inside the airport. The direction that they sent on booking didn't work since there was construction in the airport. So you should find your way. Go to terminal 3 via CDGVAL for free, go out for bus 702 at the B2 platform, and pay 2.5 euro to the driver that's the cheapest way. And don't forget to buy everything you need beforehand.

Friendliness of staff

We received an automatic notice of how to use the shuttlebus to get to the hotel from the airport. However, the instructions were wrong (apparently because of renovation work in the airport), as a result we had to take a taxi.

Location is good.

No room service, no water, no paper tissue, no refrigerator, no shampoo, no soap, no Iron and etc.etc. If want to use airport shuttle service of the hotel. Hotel charges you €9 per passenger one way. ( airport shuttle is not free).

Location, the staff, the size of the room, the green tea shower gel & mostly the buffet at the restaurant was so good! We've stayed at different hotels at the airport and this was my favorite & the staff are professional fast & they do smile. Oh also there's 5€ parking which is fair considering at the other hotels it costs more
