Close to shopping and night life centre
Pool was great
The kitchen, bathroom and lounge room are all outside. Something to consider If you prefer to have air conditioning.

The rooms were massive as were the beds. The outside living area was great. Comfy couches, great pool, good having a water cooler and good fridge. The staff were great. 10-15 mins to beach but a wee way from the main part of Canguu.
The villa was located in the middle of a construction zone. There was noise from 8am until 9.30 at night and by noise I mean concrete saws, drills, jack hammers, saws etc so if you wanted a quiet stay this is not the place to go. The builders working on the villas were working above our villa so could look into it all day as well as the pool. All the curtains had to be pulled so they didn't see into our rooms. My husband took a photo of some of them from our room one day and one waved at him!!! The villa was a lot more dated than in the photos. The stairs to the top bedroom were very slippery if wet so take care. A handrail would have been good.

Amazing villa to stay at the pool is a great size. Perfect villa for a family to stay and the outdoor bathrooms were nice. Susan who comes in the morning to cook is lovely and will happily take suggestions on food you like :) Unsure if the location is good as we only came back late at night and didn't venture out except to the restaurant down the street which was nice.

Loved the small things like toothbrushes, adapters, mosquito repellent, and toothpaste that was placed in the villa. The lady of the villa was absolutely lovely and made beautiful Breakfasts to start our day. The aircon was powerful and worked a treat, and the villa was huge and roomy for our family of 4!

the pool was amazing, beds very very private and comfortable. the separated outside lounge and dining/kitchen areas were great, bedrooms were large.
some additional pool floatation devices , noodle etc would have been great . more side tables around the lounge area.
the locks to bathroom needed repair, so had to be careful when opening

Check-in was very easy as the hosts were already there to greet us with the keys on arrival and had discussed arrival time with us through our online booking. They were also very accommodating at the end of our trip and allowed us to keep our bags safely in their site-office next door between our check-out time and heading to the airport, which was extremely helpful!
Everything was great, a bonus was that all the bedrooms were of a similar size and had their own bathroom. We stayed upstairs with the larger bathroom which was great, only thing we heard from our friends was that as gorgeous as the inside/outside bathrooms downstairs were, they needed a bit more lighting and perhaps a fan for night-time, however after showering you would go back into your perfectly airconditioned room anyway (which was also adjustable with your own remotes & timers).

The Villa was a lot bigger than excepted. The outdoor lounge and big pool were a perfect combination.
Susan, the Villa staff lady was exceptional. She made us a different breakfast every morning and catered to our additional needs.
The shower in my room (3) wasn’t the greatest. I used the upstairs shower instead, better water pressure.
If your not a fan of outdoor living with the occasional animal popping in to say hi, this would not be the Villa for you.
A little vain feedback, would be good to have full length mirrors in the bedrooms.

Last morning we all got sick. We think from the breakfast. Poor food handling as stuff was always left out and not refrigerated.

The villa was so beautiful and comfortable to stay in. The staff were very accommodating and lovely! Susan cooks an amazing breakfast 😀

Appreciated water cooler as opposed to buying water bottles.staff were accommodating to breakfast requirements.
Lack of outside seating.pool was in need of repair.broken tiles. Kitchen was in need of update.
