I love the staff. Very helpful. They made me a healing breakfast. The check out time was very generous. ( 1 p.m. )

I had to carry a 40 pounds luggage two flight stairs to the room. The rate is a bit overpriced, but the staffs’s hospitality compensates for it.

Great location, personnel is very attentive, breakfast is delicious.

The bed. It had a board that made soooo much noise. Enough to wake you up even if you move just a little bit. No hot water from the sink and randomly hot in the shower. AC was more of a fan not really cold air. water pressure in the toilet so low.

They say there’s 4 stars hotel but why all windows look inside corridor?

The location of this hotel is really good, central to El Poblado, to all the restaurants and bars. The staff is quite friendly, professional and helpful.

We stayed in the ground floor back room which was in front of the laundry. There was a lot of noise coming but only the laundry room, but also from the corridors and reception. The shower didn't work that well, there was a very light flux of water. Since the room didn't have any outside window, there was also a smrll of humidity in the room.

In a great location with clean and comfortable rooms.

The walls are a bit thin so you can hear other residents and the room did not have a window to the outside, there was only a window into the hallway so it felt quite dark.
