We had a wonderful time. The property was very clean. We had so much space and I loved that the balcony stretched across the main living space and both main bedrooms. It was lovely to sit out there at all times of day. And because it’s a corner room, you have no privacy barrier on one side so the view goes on and on. Truly a dream. The interaction with the property owner was great. She was really helpful and quick to respond. We really enjoyed our trip!

My family stayed in this wonderful condo for a week in June. The condo was even better than the pictures and had such an amazing view of the gulf. The condo provided all the essentials and I was also impressed with how comfortable the beds and pillows were! It’s hard to find that. The condo is big enough so that 4 adults and 4 children are not on top of each other. Also, I can’t recommend enough renting a first floor unit. The elevator can get busy and we were able to walk right up one flight of steps to the condo with ease. The splash amenities were great for the kids too. I highly recommend booking this unit for your next stay!

Our family loved the condo! It was clean and the location on the first floor made it easy to get up and down without having to wait on an elevator during peak usage. The manager, Gloria, was super easy to communicate with and checked on us during the stay! Will book again without hesitation!

Buyer beware that this listing showing for a 3 bedroom but the “bunk room” is the laundry closet off the front door in the kitchen. There is no outlet, no fan, no window, and no light switch housed within the room. The listing was misrepresented as a 3 bedroom and caused for very difficult sleeping arrangements for our stay. Upon sharing this information with the property owner after the first day she was neither apologetic or helpful. In fact, she never replied to my last message. Had we wanted a 2 bedroom unit it would have been fine as the unit has a nice location within the property and was decently clean for being at a beach property. Giving 3 stars due to the fact that the unit is NOT 3 bedrooms and the owner was very disappointing in the way she handled the manner.

Such a lovely condo, we want to keep coming back! Plenty of room, comfortable beds, huge balcony with excellent seating and includes beach chairs/umbrella. The owner is easy to communicate with and very responsive to any needs. We truly appreciate Gloria’s attentiveness. Splash is a great place for families and this condo is perfect for our Panama City Beach getaways. Thank you, Gloria!

The condo was clean and well-equipped. Two master suites with super comfy king beds. The bunk room for the kids was located in a cozy room without windows, so the sunlight didn’t wake them as early. We loved being on the first floor where we could take a quick elevator down or have a stair option. The view was awesome and the condo was decorated with an elegant beach theme. The host was attentive and helpful. We would love to return to this unit.

We’ve stayed at Splash the last few years and absolutely love it. This condo was great and very convenient being located on the first floor. It is nicely maintained and would absolutely stay here again!

We had the best family vacation! Our room and the Splash property was just wonderful! Gloria was a joy to rent from and we’d love to stay in her rental again! The kids loved the pools and water activities. The beach was perfection! The weather was perfection! Literally everything was awesome! By far one of our top vacations to date! Highly recommend!

Gloria is an excellent host with lots of communication. The condo was perfect our large family. We had 4 adults and 5 kids. There was plenty of space. The deck was our favorite spot when not at the beach or lazy river. Being on the first floor was great! Didn't have to wait on the elevator.

We rented the property for a month. We had different family guests and friends staying with us at different times during our rental time. Their was a lot to do right at the resort to keep everyone happy and busy. Malls and great restaurants nearby. Beautiful beach to walk each morning. The condo had a nice layout and all the beds were comfortable.

I really like the location of the splash resort. I wish they had heated the main pool the first two weeks we were there

What a beautiful & wonderful time I had in Gloria's condo at Splash in Panama City Beach, Florida. Gloria is such a wonderful host. The condo was equipped with a closet of beach toys for my grandchildren. The sleeping facilites were great, matresses were comfortable and the bunk bed area for grandkids was great. The kitchen was stocked well with cooking supplies including a spice rack and Keurig coffee pot that you could make either a pot of coffee or use individual K pods. The living area was very spacious. I love that the condo is decorated in a beach theme--afterall it is right on the beach. The employees at Splash are also very friendly. Gloria was wonderful to correspond. Thank you Gloria for a great experience as this was my first time to rent a condo for an extended length of time. I will definitely be going back!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo was clean and exactly as described. My family had a great time, and we will definitely book again in the future.

Condo was perfect! We range from 5 to 38 years old and there was something for everyone! The best view, easily accessible, updated space and the most comfortable bed! Gloria was responsive and polite. This was our first time visiting the area and it has now become our vacation preference!! We went right as a tropical storm went through, and although the water was cloudy, it still far surpasses Texas gulf beaches near our home. I recommend this condo experience for any family that desires a little quiet, not too much isolation, and time to bond with the family. No need for electronics when you stay here as there is so much to do in the condo area and even more when you venture into Panama City beach. I recommend getting out to shell island. Just beautiful.

Pros: The beach was beautiful, and our kids loved the pools and the hot tub. The bar at the pool had great food too, which was very convenient at lunchtime. Cory did a great job all week getting us set up with beach chairs and keeping things under control on the beach. There was plenty of parking available in the parking garage, and the covered walkway over Front Beach Road made it very easy to get to the vehicle. Being so close to Alvin's Island was also convenient, especially when you needed to buy a new beach toy or new goggles for the kids. There were also plenty of restaurants available in the area when it was time for dinner. Cons: We were very impressed with the pictures on VRBO and with the reviews from other guests who spoke highly of this condo's cleanliness. However, that was not our experience. When we arrived, one of the beds didn't have clean sheets (the bed wasn't even made), there was sand all over the floors and rugs, the freezer and ice tray were dirty, some of the dishes in the cabinet were dirty, the condo was not dusted well, and the bathrooms had pubic hairs on the baseboards around the toilets. Because of this, we had to spend the first hour of our vacation cleaning up this condo. In addition to the lack of cleanliness, there were also a few minor maintenance issues. For example, the pocket door to the bunk room was off the track which made it difficult for our kids to open and shut, one of the transition pieces on the floor was broken which created a tripping hazard, two of the three sliding glass doors had broken locks, and the main sliding glass door to the balcony was very difficult to open and shut. When I contacted the owner to let her know about these issues, she offered to send the cleaning service back the next day. However, we had already cleaned everything at that point, so there was no need. The disappointing part was that she didn't even offer an apology, which communicated to me that she wasn't really that concerned with the issues that we found in her condo. The Splash Resort itself is an okay facility, but it doesn't have enough elevators. Thankfully, we were on the first floor and were able to use the stairs most of the week. However, the few times that we had to use the elevators, it was always a long wait. Summary: This condo has great potential and could be an excellent place to stay if a few issues are resolved. However, at this price point, there are a lot of other great options to consider as well.

We enjoyed our stay at Gloria’s property! The location was perfect for anyone, but especially with kids. Being on the first floor made it incredibly easy to hit the stairs if the elevator was taking too long. The condo itself was super clean and there was plenty of space for everyone! We had four adults and four toddlers with us, so it was the perfect size for two families with the bunkhouse and the pullout sofa! Being on the corner unit the balcony was massive and there was access to it from the two bedrooms. Gloria was very easy to get in contact with throughout our stay if we had any questions or concerns. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Panama City!

Gloria is perfect host with lots of communication. Property was not as clean as we had hoped but we made it work. Location of condo was great so we did not have any elevator problems. I was very pleased with the property other than the waits for the elevators. My complaint was that we never received our access code or instructions for the chairs or what was required for check out other than it was at 10 am. I had to contact the property manager after we were already standing waiting to get into the condo because I was never sent all the required information. Accidents happen and I get that it’s just a quick tipFor others so it doesn’t happen to anyone else.
