No air conditioning🥲

El apartamento está muy bien, limpio y con todo lo necesario para estar varios días. La cama y el sofa cama son cómodos, con buenas almohadas. El baño es muy bueno con una ducha deliciosa (hay que entender como prenderla) y muchas toallas. Tal vez un poco frío porque el clima no estuvo muy bueno. El edificio esta muy bien y estuvo muy tranquilo. La zona es muy cerca al centro caminando y el Tram B está prácticamente al frente. Es fácil encontrar comida y supermercado. Una ventaja grande que tenga parking porque es muy difícil parquear si llegan en carro.

El WIFI nunca funcionó y fue complicado porque no era un viaje turístico. Se conectaba pero no tenía internet y las otras opciones no funcionaron, posiblemente en otro apartamento del mismo edificio tengan más suerte. En la plaza al lado hay muchos domiciliarios en la noche y eso no es tan cómodo algunos días.

La ubicación y la comunicación con el dueño

La puerta del baño no sirve, la secadora del centro de lavado siempre estaba ocupada , no estaba muy limpio ( mucho polvo), solo dejaron dos ganchos para colgar ropa, no tiene closet, la coladera del la regadera estaba medio tapada, relación calidad precio, lo considero caro.

Apartamento super cómodo.. pequeño y muy bonito. Suficiente para pasar unos días de estancia cómoda y muy céntrico.. no lo dudéis.. Y lo del aparcamiento todo un puntazo..

Cozy apartment, downtown at place de la Victoire, with excellent public transport accessibility

Wi-Fi was not working. Bathroom creams were basically not existing. Not recommended to older people due to narrow circle stairs to bedroom. Closet was narrow with difficult access.

Everything was as good as it could be. Location perfect, host very helpful and obliging.

This is a studio apartment, and although small it had been modernised and was very well-equipped. We were on the ground floor, which was convenient for us as there is no lift. It was conveniently located close to the Place de la Victoire, for the tram to the city (and on the same line to the Cite du Vin). The walk from into the city is about 20 mins straight down an adjoining street. This is a student neighbourhood. There is an underground carpark available, close by and below Place de la Victoire.

Being on the ground floor meant we couldn't have the windows open, due both to street noise and smoke from delivery riders waiting for orders. The apartment has a fan that can be run continuously but on hot days this is not really effective enough. It was very difficult to get to the apartment by car, as there is a one-way street system and the apartment is on a pedestrianised street with no entry for cars! We had to ignore the sign and drive down it, but only after we had gone around the one-way system twice trying to find it. We then had to drive across the pedestrianised square to get to the car park entry (rather than drive a thrid time around the system). Better instructions on how to get to the apartment would have been useful.
