Personale molto carino e disponibile, la struttura è bella, noi abbiamo fatto colazione con la bowl di yogurt ed era meravigliosa .

Very clean. Decor really fun.beds around the pool were very comfy and plenty of them.

Bar staff round the pool needed more training. He got our drinks wrong, only brought one food then when we sent drinks back they never reappeared! Maid knocked on second morning but we weren’t ready and she never came back so room wasn’t cleaned and towels changed. Walls very thin, I actually thought someone was in our room opening our safe but they were next door!

When I got to the property they claimed that my payment was not received but accepted to proceed with my check in after seeing the email I had from them confirming the payment. I put my luggage in the room and go for a walk and when I get back they had blocked my entrance to the room that had all my stuff inside, including money and passport claiming that I had to pay for the night as they had not received my payment, which I had paid one month before my arrival. As they wanted me to pay again to stay for the night I felt really offended especially by the way they were acting escorting me around as I was someone that wanted to stay there for free or something, I left the hotel to look for another place to stay. Thankfully I managed to save my holiday and found another hotel available. But I had to pay again to stay in another place which I was not planning at all. Next morning I wake up with an email from Beach Star confirming the payment they claimed wasn't done and got a refund of the amount 2 weeks after.

The property was cleaned daily and the staff were lovely the pool area was never so rammed you couldn’t get space but wasn’t dead at the same time. It was a lovely little hotel and I will definitely stay here again/recommend to my family and friends. It is really handy for the water taxi which can take you across to the main strip in 10 minutes for 4 euros with cold drinks available on the boat.

The hotel can be noisy at 4am/5am with people coming back from partying but never for too long. This isn’t the fault of the hotel it will be like this everywhere in Ibiza.

nice area around the pool hotel management were nice and professional

the toilets stink of gutter, there are basically no walls with other rooms….you could hear absolutely everything, when they were getting up and coming back, the most uncomfortable bed ever and making noises at every move. restaurant management highly unprofessional and disorganized

Room was with agreat great view, had the best of times during my stay

All was planned well and the hotel did not give room for any complaints

Clean compact rooms. Good location. Great pool

It was difficult to hang long dresses as the wardrobe is halved and nowhere to hang towels in bathroom
