Some light switches were missing, so had to walk to the door to turn off the light. Unfortunately, there was no water in the mini fridge, and I was so thirsty 😫

The property looks in need of modernising

Plugs in the bedrooms not near to bed. Bed sheets was rough, AC was noisy, poor shower pressure.

Закуската беше прясна, разнообразна и имаше по нещо за всеки вкус. Има безплатен паркинг, а до хотела се стига изключително лесно. Стаите бяха чисти и имаше всичко необходимо за един престой. Страхотно съотношение цена-качество!

Kendine ait otoparkı olması ve odalardaki bornoz havlu çok iyi, kaldığım odada geniş cam ve güzel bir manzara vardı.

Spa ve havuzların ücretli kullandırılmasını beğenmedim. Oda da kulak temizleyici bulunmuyor , oda temizlendiğinde havlularım değiştirilmedi.

Hanno venduto una camera con 2 adulti e 1 bambino peccato però che c'era solo un letto alla francese. Non ci hanno voluto rimborsare e hanno voluto un supplemento di 40 euro per un lettino.

Brânzeturi și legume tăiate de multa vreme și uscate. Mocheta murdara. Gălăgie pe hol și în alte camere. Mobilier baie și vas toaleta incomode...(foarte joase). Lipsa Mentenanță la dus, prize nefunctionale. Antifonare foarte slaba.

Hotelul este ok, dar un hotel vechi rebrenduit cu preturi de România, adică nejustificate, de exemplu acum cca o luna în Abu Dhabi yot Ramada dar pe faleza 300 de lei pe noapte trei persoane mic dejun inclus, patul mult mai mare

Breakfast was good. On the day of our excursion they even prepared a goody bag for us as we had to leave early and could not eat at the restaurant.

The water pressure is very low. We could not have good showers.

It was not cold in the room. I had to call maintenance and to wait about 45 min to get the temperature I wanted

friendly staff, variety of food for breakfast, relatively fast to get to the airport from it

The hotel is a bit outdated, they don´t accept diners credit cards, and you have to pay extra for access to the pool

The room was bkg and comfy, the elevators were fast, and the staff was very helpful and kind. They let us store our luggage for a few more hours after the check out and even called a taxi for us.

The food at the restaurant was a bit expensive and there wasn't much variety. The pool was a bit expensive, because it didn't really take into account that we went to the pool at 6,for only 2 hours. So for a one night stay with my friend of 400 lei, we paid 100 for the pool. Nevertheless the pool was still amazing.

Good location, not noisy, able to sleep in, clean and helpful staff.

The fridge wasn’t working so we needed to call someone otherwise everything else was perfect. The lights confused me a bit and it took some time getting used to the knobs.

Breakfast was nice. Not a huge selection, but sufficient variations for a 2-3 day stay. Fruits were very fresh. Very clean and well maintained. Very comfortable bed.

In my opinion, the so called "Business Room" would actually be a standard room in other hotels. Would consider the price for the room to be a bit too high. Location of the hotel not very central.
