Perfectly located to nightlife, entertainment and beach. Parked the car and walked the rest of our time there. Only drove when going out of town.

Read all of the reviews before you book this place, I wish I did. This place smells and it has no lights on the hallway. The guy lives upstairs made noises early in the morning and there is a big dog barking everyday, even at 11pm. I never had any experience like this.

we couldn't use one of the bathroom because there was a bad smell coming from. We sent a message to the owner right away but there was no response nor action was taken. Communication was not the best. Our flight got delayed so we tried to get in touch but no response. Even calling the phone number didn't help. So we were uncertain if there would be someone to give us the keys. We went into the apartment but no one was there so we went outside again not knowing where to pick up the keys. After a brief period someone walked to us and handed over the keys.

It didn't even have a fresh sponge to clean the crockery. The sponge was old and mouldy. If the holiday guests wash the dishes like this, it's no wonder that everything is so dirty and has to be cleaned before use. The walls of the estate are falling apart and it's not a pretty sight. The neighbour's dog barking at everyone who passes by is so annoying. The main entrance door is broken and is open day and night so that anyone can easily get into the house.

Do not go to this apartment! Christina who managed the property was awful, communication was appalling lied about aspects of the holiday. Tried to charge us for extras that we’re supposed to be included. No communication about getting in the apartment we had to ask an estate agent to contact her as she didn’t answer the phone we stood waiting when we got there. I WhatsApped and she took 2 days to reply and said I hadn’t messaged her when it was clear she had read my messaged and cut the call off when I tried to contact her then sent a message “message me” Refused to give us the address of the property I had to call VRBO to help. When we eventually got in she charged us €25 per person for linen and towels there was 5 of us and there were 4 sets of thread bare rock hard towels and the linen was just pieces of material with dirty quilts in the cupboards 2 of them. There was a foul smell in the bathrooms all the time which made you feel sick. The children’s pool was full of building materials and rubble we had children with us so we expected the pool no mention of that beforehand. We had a late flight we asked if we could have late check out she said it would be €140 for 4 hours! She said there was somewhere to leave our cases on the day of departure she said there wasn’t! The beds are rock hard wooden plank with a rubbish mattress on them. And only sleeps 4 the sofa pulls out but the room isn’t big enough to accommodate it. Do not go here it’s appalling !

Accurate depiction of the property. Check in easy. Employee of owner met us. Apartment very clean. Sufficiently equipped for basic cooking. Nice large deck with view of sea. Walking distance. To heach. Supermarket conveniently close by and lots of cafés and restaurants close by. A few issues to address with owner before booking: there is an additional charge of $50 euros per couple for bed linens and towels ( they were of poor quality and bed sheets not fitted; no cleaning supplies… we were there for one month and had to buy cleaning supplies; pool was not available for use the first week we were there…dirty and construction . Owner did not advise us that pool was not available to us; strong sewage smell coming from on suite bathroom about 50% of the time and also on second floor hallway where apartment located… had to buy javex to manage smell. If issues addressed with owner before booking, it is overall a good rental.

This apartment is conveniently located for shopping. There is a grocery store nearby, several tourists type stores, restaurants, tour operators and the beach is a 10 minute walk.
