Beautiful apartment in the city center, safe parking in the garage and a nice and friendly owner

The host Pasquale was exceptional. From the initial communication before our arrival and on the day we Pasquale helped make our stay effortless. The residents are basically in the town with secure and tidy rooms. We had an allocated car space in a secure garage for our rental and a deck above our room so that we could eat breakfast with a view. Pasquale even helped us out with finding the best places to eat in Tropea. All in all I would definitely recommend staying at Residenza I Gioielli and thank you Pasquale

Odd place for the tv to be in the kitchen and not the bedroom but really why would you be watching tv when you have all the sights to see in Tropea

We enjoyed our stay at Residenza I Gioielli for two nights at the end of November. Pasquale was very accommodating and easy to get ahold of when we needed assistance with the heat. We appreciated the gift of wine and secure parking that was offered. The apartment was clean, comfortable and secure.

Although we were travelling in off -season, we found the prices of the accommodations and food to be high. We had to walk to the town square for the included breakfast which consisted of a croissant and coffee.

Breakfast was served at a local restaurant just steps away from the apartment. We were given a choice of morning meals and they served as late as 11:30am... which was very nice as there were times when we slept in. The staff at "Tomate" were kind and considerate, the meals were fresh, quickly served and delicious.

The bed is very firm yet is typical to Italy and we expected the extra firmness. Linens were fresh, clean and soft.

Pasquale was a great host. He communicated with us prior to our stay and met us upon our arrival. He pointed out places of interest and recommended good places to eat. Breakfast, via voucher was at a local cafe with a number of choices including croissants, yoghurts and eggs from friendly staff. The apartment was very spacious with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. The location was fabulous, being just a short tuk tuk/ taxi ride or a 15 minute walk to the railway station and close to the beaches, shops and mini supermarkets. The apartment was very quiet and we particularly loved the shared upstairs balcony accessed via a spiral staircase. All staff including the cleaners and reception staff were very helpful and friendly.

everything was great !! in the center of everything!! most importantly the staff always greeted us with a smile!! big thanks to Pasquale the owner for allowing us to postpone our stay 3 times for free ,from 2020 to 2021 to 2022 due to Covid lockdown in Australia !also for making us feel so comfortable and for sharing all the best restaurants within walking distance, free and safe car park is also available…
