Had potential yet it's disappointed

Too much of ant and housekeeping is not around ..they charge us breakfast free but they don't serve the breakfast. Frontline not polite too

Room maintainance needs to be better.

The room was disappointing and felt very dungeony. Not worth the money I paid. Regretted making the payment.

Staff friendly. Hotel got private pool and beach. No need to go to other place. Location great.

Hotel need renovation, cleaning part need to do more. Spider web at room. Water pressure at low level. Need to open both water (hot and cool) if u want the water pressure a bit strong. Sink, can wash face but cannot long. If not the water will be full. Hotel room need renovation exspecially their wall. Lif worked only 1. Lucky just 1 floor down.

Spacious room

Shower didn't function. Closet door can't move at all. Furniture too old and mostly not function. Already request for extra bed, but didnt received. Call helpdesk 1001 times no one answer.. call room service, they said it was helpdesk staff's job. So didnt received at all even though already requested and accepted extra charges. All receptionist are not friendly at all.. when i ask question, they will never give us the solutions. And most of all i dont understand why i didnt get notify that my room will be clean by housekeeper when i was not in the room. Bcause i didnt received "dont disturb" sign either. And still,, the housekeeper cannot make room ready before 3pm.. even i came earlier, still need to wait untill past 3pm to got into our room. With little kids you know how this will make it hard for us.

The place is near with beach and pool. Room as spacious and suitable for family trip.

The lift there was not functioning, customer must use banquet lift and the room location from lobby is to far but its not really a problem for youth, but it is for the elderly people. But it was worth it because the scenery of the beach. So far all is good and a great place for short getaway to heal your mind.

Value for money, pool is clean, bath tub is ok, room is superb. Seaview and pool view are strategic place to stay with family Staff are friendly and helpful
