Big deep swimming pool, nice shaded areas, nice quiet location close to the beach and wonderful snorkeling spots. The room is simple, comfortable, accommodating for what we needed, the breakfast was sufficient, the staff were warm and wonderful. We stayed here over a decade ago when we first visited Gili Air and our children were little, so to us it was a recalling of some of the greatest memory of our family holidays.

The location is perfect, 1 minute from THE spot to find turtles. It’s also near the legend bar, great place to watch the sunset. The bungalows are really nice, in an beautiful garden setting. Great pool, great staff that will help you with anything you need. The bungalows are being cleaned every day! We had an awesome time here

Great hotel, very close to the main street. House we stayed in was nice and clean and so was the bathroom. Staff was very helpful. We rented a bike directly from the hotel and we highly recommend that you do the same (a great way to explore the island and super cheap). Great pool area. Wifi worked well. Close to a very nice beach and a lot of good beach bars.

Location was great. The light breakfast was nice but it would have been even better if a second coffee had been offered. The bungalows were traditional in style with thatched roofs which we loved and a great, open air, chill out area on the second floor accessed by steep staircase. Pool was beautiful set among the frangipani trees and surrounded by the bungalows.

Beautiful cottage in a lovely quiet location next to the beach. Lovely breakfast included with a delicious ice coffee and banana pancakes (as well as other options to choose from but these were our favourite). Great pool and really nice guy that runs the place who organised bikes for us.

Sejuk cottages is only a couple of hundred metres from the beach. It presents beautifully with lovely gardens, central pool and eating area. Staff were helpful and friendly. Transport is by Cidomo pony carriage which is fun. Gili Air is laid back and we enjoyed our visit immensely.

Language barrier caused a small misunderstanding regarding the bike hire being by the day or the week. Could have been clearer at the start.

The breakfast was nice although very very basic.

The rate I was given via booking was SIGNIFICANTLY higher than the walk in rate. The bungalow walls were less than paper thin- I could hear every single sigh from the huts on either side of us. It is rustic and basic accommodation but I was surprised by how many holes and gaps were around the bungalow. Any outside creature could get inside with little to no effort. There was a giant centipede in the bathroom when we arrived as well. But most importantly, and I can’t believe there was not a single review that mentioned this, the Muslim temple is directly adjacent to this place. You WILL be woken at 4:45 AM when the call to prayer is blasted at full volume. The call, then the prayer itself lasts for about a half hour from 4:45-5:15AM. It can be heard on many places near the temple but because of the close proximity and paper thin walls it is IMPOSSIBLE to sleep through.

I booked an extra 4th night because it really felt good at Sejuk, it’s in the best area of the island, close to snorkeling areas (the boat tour is not necessary if you want to see the turtles because turtle point is there. The atmosphere in the evening is great when you like quieter restaurants or just to read in front of the sea. Very clean, no insects, comfy bed and big bathroom. The swimming pool is very relaxing. Great atmosphere for breakfast, good iced coffee and juices. The service team is nice, and the rooms are cleaned every day. Great laundry service too for a few euros. You might want to know that This side of the island is better for sunrise than sunset. Good cafés include the amazing Pituq cafes. Loads of chickens and cows nearby, you can feel the village vibe and hear the prayers songs especially at night, I found it charming but some people might find it annoying.

It can get noisy if the neighbors speak loud on the terrace at night which happened the last 2 nights of my stay. you might want an extra light to read but also to walk at night back at the hotel

I really liked the garden, the bungalows are not too close to each other and there is a lot of space, plenty of trees. The swimming pool is pretty too. Big and clean room with a nice terrace.

Breakfast a bit simple, no kettle in the room (but you can ask the staff they have one at reception)

Loved the location and the property’s character. The staff were great, friendly, and responsive. Cheaper to have staff arrange a bike rental if you’re planning on getting one. They cleaned my room every 2 days. Would definitely stay here again if I’m ever back to Gili air.

My family and I had a great time staying at Sejuk Cottages. The daily breakfast was fabulous and the team who manage the cottages were amazing! Nothing was too much trouble.

The staff was GREAT, loved the pool, good breakfast, comfy bungalow, great rooftop perch on top for our morning coffee, stretches, etc. Also very helpful with bike rental, a great snorkeling trip & transport back to Bali!

Would have loved if it was beachfront but worked out great. A 10 minute bike ride to town was easy.

The bathroom is big and comfortable for the room for 4 and the swimming pool is really nice. The attention was incredible!

Hindra, cheery and welcoming upon our arrival. Iced Coffee to welcome us with, delicious! The room was very spacious, air conditioned, bed with mosquito net, wide toilet/shower and so is the terrace; long arm chair to sit on to relax and unwind. Pool wise, well maintained, shallow and deep end, also with a jacuzzi side (I think). Breakfast, scrumptious - adequate selection of breakfast so you won’t be disappointed in the morn! Informative and helpful host and always there when needed, like a genie. The beach is only a good 2 mins walk from the cottages. All in all, it was a chilled place to stay. Thank you for having us! Will definitely recommend and come back in the soon future! You might see a little something underneath the cottages if you’re lucky, amazing reptile to gaze upon.

the location is great: 50 m from the seaside in the coconut trees so you get shadow and quietness ! the swimming pool is big and well maintained, as well as the lovely plants in the garden. we loved the restaurant area where you can have a delicious breakfast (many options), chill,… the staff is super nice and friendly and helpful! thank you Hendra for being such a nice, smiley and helpful person! it’s definitely a family place was all the bungalows have two beds to host parents and kids.

We had a very good stay in Sejuk. There is a nice atmosphere between the cottages here, beautiful maintained garden and pool. The cottages themselves are nicely decorated with half-open bathroom (with roof, but feels like you’re outside) and nice sitting area on the roof and porch. Also, the staff is very friendly. Would definitely recommend!
