Excellent location and room. Nice breakfast and first class cleanliness and helpful management/owners who also were friendly. Extras were no trouble in a relaxed environment that’s was top class.

Nothing was top draw the stay and the north side of Scarborough. Amenities including the old cinema and open theatre concert were excellent

A very warm welcome, extremely helpful in answering any questions of places to eat or visit, we felt completely relaxed and enjoyed our stay 😊

We liked everything

We have just stayed recently after attending a gig at the open air theatre, The hotel is in a great location for anyone wanting to attend the open air gigs. The owners Emily and Stewart were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. Rooms are very clean and tidy very comfortable and the breakfasts were very nice! Only 10 minutes from the beach and 5 from the open air theatre. Great location, Great price, Fantastic service.

Really enjoyable stay at the Kingsway Guesthouse. Will most certainly be booking again the next time I visit Scarborough.

The breakfast was good especially the sausages,the location was great for getting to the north bay and also a short walk towards town to cut down to the central sea front

Mattress was uncomfortable and we felt all springs.

The breakfast was exceptional, great value for money and the facilities were immaculate. Our hosts were friendly and very clear about the Covid procedures within the property. This made us feel very safe and able to relax fully, our stay was very enjoyable and will be booking again for the New Year.

We don't believe anything could have made our stay more comfortable. The room refreshments were well considered and laid out beautifully.

It was clean and fresh Nice tea and coffee provision. Beds not too bad Bathroom was small but shower was really good. Nice towels & bedding

Rooms were small, and property quite noisy generally. Quite regimented / no flexibility in terms of check in Hostess seemed very friendly Host came across as abrupt regarding COVID measures and spoke patronisingly regarding this. Didn’t appreciate it and didn’t appreciate our conversation regarding this on check out.

Exceptionally clean and the bedroom was modern and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the hosts very friendly.

Everything was fine

Lovely clean well run b&b. The hosts were friendly. Rooms were beautifully decorated and had everything you need in them. The location was great, quiet but everything within a short walk.

Fab B&B. Great hosts. Newly renovated. Delicious breakfast. Great value for money. It very much exceeded my expectations and I’ll be returning for sure.

I've stayed in Scarborough for many year's, various B&Bs and hotels. I'm pleased to say this is the best I've stayed in. The reception you get is second to none, kind, considerate & caring. The service was second to none, great room & exceptional breakfast. Like Arnold Schwarzenegger...... I'll be back.😎
