Good location. Room is spacious and clean

We were 5 people but there were beds only for 4. We had so sleep 3 people in double bed and it was uncomfortable.

The location was very close to the heart of the city. We walked around all the time. Also close to the main train station, metro station and all the shops and good restaurants. The hostess was very kind and attentive, caring and very quickly responding. Spacious room an comfortable bed, large extra bed, balcony and a great coffee machine in the common area. Regular and efficient Room Cleaning. Good Wifi, very easy and speedy.

We could not leave the window open, as the Napolitans are very noisy in driving! Driving very fast and loud! The damp in the room was a bit annoying, despite the AC. The entrance is also not as good as the room itself. But it is typical napoleatan and nothing is wrong with it...

Everything was perfect. location is great walking distance from the Old Town. Room was very clean and spacious. Best host ever. Very warm welcome. Very friendly! Explained us everything what to see where to eat. AMAZING HOST AND CITY. Highly recommended this place!!

location and very nice and approachable hosts

Great hosts, they welcomed us and explained everything we neet to see and try from Naples kitchen. The room was great and clean, bathroom also clean and good. Location is nearby the historic cente, groceries and restaurants. I recommend hardly!

Everything was great! The room was as in the pictures and it was spacious and big. I read the comments about it being noisy and I mean the city itself is noisy with lots of people and cars, but the room was soundproofed enough not to interfere with a peaceful rest. I recommend !!!!!

The location was very central and the facilities felt secure. The B&B was above a pizza restaurant which was very convenient.

The bathroom needed some minor fixes and it was a bit noisy at night although the windows had shutters.

Everything was exactly like in the pictures and Fortuna is a great host. Very close to the city center and the train station Garibaldi. We will definitely return to stay here if we come to Napoli again. We loved it!

Close to Napoli centrale train station but closer to Piazza Cavour metro station (10 min walk). From Piazza Cavour you can take the train for Pompei, Ercolane, Sorento (the metro is actually a train). The room had a private bathroom and a small couch near the bed. The host was friendly and very discrete. The price was ok.

The city is sooo dirty, worse than other italian cities!! The shock was when we arrived at Napoli centrale. On the street there were a lot of homeless people sleeping on the square. They even had blankets, mattresses or sleeping on cardboard. What a horrible first impression. The neighborhood was also full of garbage and homeless people. The accomodation could have been cleaner. The shower head was broken so the water spread all over the cabin. The doors didn't close so good.

Bed was comfortable. Location was great (5 minute walk to Napoli Centrale. Fortuna is a heaven sent, she's the best when it comes to customer service.

The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The accommodation is near most points of interest and a lot of restaurants and cafes. The host was extremely welcoming and friendly, providing us information regarding touristic attractions and transportation inside and outside the city (metro, train, ferry). We also received a city map from the host. Also, the espresso we had every morning at the accomodation was delicious. Highly recommend this place.

B&B is located withing walking distance from the main train station and close to the Spaccanapoli district. Owner is nice and friendly. Room was spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything two tourists might need. There was also free tea and coffee in the shared area.

Room was very humid and probably because of that there was some mold on the bathroom walls in the shower area. Additionally B&B is located at rather big street on the first floor, with a restaurant on the ground floor. Our room had a street facing windows and it could be quite noisy at night.

It was more than amazing. The owner is so kind, recommended many places to see and where to eat the most delicious pizza in Naples. She was there anytime for us, the best! thank you again for everything

The room was nice enough.

Terribly noisy 24 hours/day, people shouting + children screaming + vehicles honking thru the night directly outside window. Location is good if you want to see the real Napoli; Fortuna was nice and gave me a map; there’s a super loud little coffee machine available to use...but if you want any sleep or peace & quiet, this is not the place for you.

Location - on Via Carbonara (Hop On Hop Off red line). Bedroom bright & airy with air conditioning. Good sized shower in en-suite . Spotlessly clean apartment with modern furnishings. Welcome coffee offered on arrival. Hosts very helpful in giving directions to property and booking airport taxi.

No shower gel, shampoo or shower cap in bathroom, which would have been helpful at the end of our stay in Italy. Pillows were of very poor quality. Street noise.

Easy to find when coming from train station or harbour. Clean rooms and nicely furnished.

Location, Not a nice neighbourhood. The slowest wi-fi of all the places I have stayed at. Could not even log into my bank account. I booked a room with a balcony but got a room without a balcony.
