キッチンには基本的な鍋、フライパンなど、お皿、カトラリーも清潔なものが揃っていた。 電子レンジ、電気ケトル、冷蔵庫、冷凍庫などあり、スーパーで買ってきたもので十分に自炊ができた。 洗濯については洗濯機、洗濯洗剤、洗濯物干し、たくさんのハンガーがあり、洗濯→浴室乾燥は用意いただいているもので完了できる。 部屋は和室と洋室の間に襖もついていて、子供たちが寝た後も洋室側で大人たちは飲み食いができてよかった。 スタッフさんたちは皆日本人女性たちだったが、荷物の上げ下げも全て手伝ってくださり、ありがたかった。 館内は基本的にとても清潔な雰囲気だった。 目の前に当時の東門があり、観光したい方もいいと思う。 食事の調達は徒歩圏内にFRESCOやイオンモールがあるので利用できる。

しいと言えばエレベータがないので2階は大変だが、基本的にはスタッフさんが大きな荷物を手伝ってくださるのでさほど問題はない。 一つだけ挙げるとすれば、浴室の上の換気扇が目に見えて汚れていたので掃除していただけたら嬉しいです。

場所と設備が良かったです。 おばあちゃんとゆっくりできました。

今回初めて、ツインの中で狭い部屋でした。 キッチンと寝る部屋が同じで少し狭かった。

東寺行きたかったので門前前で便利だった。部屋は大変清潔で、お風呂も大きく快適だった。シャンプー、リンス、ボディソープも揃っており、洗濯機もあったのでとても便利だった。部屋に入った瞬間から、快適な時間が過ごせました。

コンビニが少し距離があり、食事処も近くにあまりなかったのが不便に感じた。更に言うなら、駅からもう少し近いといいなと思いました。

Very clean abd tidy room. The staff are friendly and accomodating. My husband loved the little patio (hakoniwa) and it is very Kyoto taste. Clothes drying function in the bathroom was great!

Clean, and as described,, solid location, a little walk from train station, but fine. Summer air conditioning worked well.

Staff were helpful but we only saw them on the day of checking-in. There were no staff on duty for the rest of our stay but they replied to messages sent through booking.com. The bathroom doubled up as a drying room so all clothes dried overnight, including jeans.

Room was tight for 4 persons. Dining table was small so we had to take turns to have our breakfast. We tried walking here from Kyoto station with our luggage. Won't advise it - quite a distance and the pavements were not luggage friendly. Distance is fine without luggage. For stays of fewer than 5 days, the room will not be cleaned. It would be helpful to have a broom and pan in the room for guests to clean up on their own during those few days.

Big rooms 2 x beds plus 2 x futons in Japanese style room, with all kitchen the facilities , also washing machine and dryer via the vent in the bathroom. location perfect large temples across the road. Bus 207 at the front door and walking to Kyoto station
