Property was as advertised. Convenient location for taking in the Royal Mile area of Edinburgh. Property manager was responsive and very helpful.

Excellent location and parking is easy right next to the entrance. Lift access makes transporting of luggage so much more manageable. Property manager answers the phone readily to answer our queries.

Property is in a great location within walking distance to old town/Royal Mile. The apartment had plenty of room for our family and we appreciated a quiet place to retire to after a busy day on the town.

The flat is in very good condition. It was clean and everything was in good working order. It was spacious enough for our party of 3. It is adjacent to Holyrood Palace and Arthur’s Seat. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the main tourist section of the Royal Mile. There’s a small shop with a good grocery selection about 5 minute walk away if you want to prepare your own meals. There were several good restaurants close by as well. The owner was very responsive to all our communications. The only negative was a small one. The concierge who gives you the key and takes the key back wasn’t the best. They were slow to respond when we arrived to get the key. And when we left, there was no one on duty that we could find to leave the key with. We would definitely stay there again.

The property is situated in a quiet area just a short walk away from the Royal Mile very near to Holyrood Palace. The apartment had everything we needed and felt very safe. We would happily return.

This flat was a perfect location for Holyrood Park and the Royal Mile. We had an amazing time staying here as the beds were comfortable, the instructions for access were clear and accurate, and it was very clean. The owner was wonderful in communications to ensure we arrived safely. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in Edinburgh. We were able to drop our bags early to go explore upon arrival. Close to royal mile and hiking trails. Communication was great - I had to ask about the washer and he walked me through it. Beds were comfortable. En suite shower was small but good hot water. Definitely recommend.

Unbeatable location and excellent accommodations for our family of three

Great place for seeing all the tourist sites without needing a vehicle, great for exercising, running, swimming, pool, gym.

My spouse and I stayed here for 4 days. The flat is in a wonderful location, within blocks of Holyrood Palace and just off the Royal Mile. Great for walking almost anywhere and hop-on tour buses stop close by. The flat is ideal for up to four people. It is tastefully decorated, comfortable and has all the conveniences one could want.

The location is excellent with parking and then walking to palace, castle, royal mile, Arthurs seat. It couldnt get much better. Apartment was clean and roomy with good wifi. We highly recommend.

We stayed here for 4 nights in April. The apartment itself is in a quiet area, very close to Arthurs' Seat, and a short 5 minute walk onto the Royal Mile. There is a Tesco a couple of minutes' walk from the apartment. The apartment is perfect for a family of 4, providing your children are happy to share a room (when we arrived we found that contrary to the listing, there was only a double bed, rather than two singles) which was not good for our two teenagers. However, having contacted the owner, he arranged to bring a camp bed that evening, so no drama. The apartment was well furnished and warm. There's so much to do in Edinburgh, we'll definitely be back, and we'd be happy to stay here again.

Had everything we needed. Spacious and spotless, and nicely decorated. Location was amazing, less than a block from great grocery store, hop on bus to tour the city, and Uber for everything else. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay and location

Stayed here with our 2 adult sons for about 8 days. Loved the location. Just a 5-15 minute walk to all of our tour bus pickups. Great restaurants nearby and a grocery store just right down the street. Royal mile was just a 5 minute walk, and a fabulous hike right outside. Many attractions within walking distance. Owner was so friendly, responsive and easy to contact. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Also had a washer/dryer which was very convenient. Comfortable beds too. Would stay again if we come back. Thank you!

Checking in was a bit difficult. The concierge that was to give us the key and explain where to park was not wanting to help at all. Owner's instructions could have easily explained where to park and how it works. The apartment was in a great location--very close to Holyrood Palace. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice, clean apartment in a great location. It’s about a 10 min walk to the Royal Mile and about 15 min walk to the base of Arthur’s Seat. There were a couple of glitches with check in and Internet access, but Shahid worked hard to get them resolved as quickly as possible. Overall I definitely recommend.
