They didn't separate floor of non-smoking room and smoking room

clean big rooms

no one even respiration speeds English hard to communicate

Spacious room very nice decorated, super comfort , the receptionist was very helpful, the only one we could communicate in English

very poor internet

breakfast was chinese no choices for foreigns

staffs were so Co-operative and willingness of giving us helping out with address in Chinese

breakfast arrangement should be more clean

Spacious room

1. No one at the front door to greet/ help with the luggages 2. The cot we requested at the time of booking was not there when we arrived. And when it finally arrived, it was too big to get through the door of the room, so it was useless 3. Front desk was not able to answer simple questions like "how long does it take to go to the airport" 4. Front desk's English was extremely poor - I had an international call that needed to be transferred to my room. No one at the front desk understood what my caller was asking 5. The phone next to the bed was not working. Reported to front desk and they never sent anyone to fix it. I had to use the phone in the toilet!!!

Great location. And hotel managed good transport to exhibition. Also all the working stuff in the hotel are great and we had great communication with them without any problem.

Really bad coffee for breakfast. Hotel could take some good espresso machine for breakfast.

Great views from the windows (31st floor) and the room was large and well laid out, big desk for working on.

Bit dated and no pool for general use (as seen in some of the pictures). Also smoking rooms have that strong smell, especially when you can't open any windows.
