Het snel beschikbaar hebben van een kamer en de toiletten die beneden snel toegankelijk waren. Het hotel is okay als je een tussenstop moet maken, maar daar blijft het ook bij..

Airco deed het niet en voor ons vervoer naar het vliegveld hadden wij een taxibus besteld. In plaats daarvan kregen wij 2 aparte taxi's en moesten we dus ook twee keer zoveel betalen. De kamer rook niet heel fris en de badkamer was niet fris. Het hotel ziet er niet uit zoals op de foto's.

The suite with balcony was fine in every way. Clean and comfortable. The location was convenient for an event we were attending. Free car parking was available.

There were 2 problems with our stay; the water pressure in our room was too weak to be able to have a proper shower. Also there was no restaurant at the hotel which was very inconvenient as the breakfast service finishes at 9.a.m.

Only short walk to 7-11 store & a huge market.

Unfortunately breakfast was cold eggs, small sausages etc. Seems a common fault in Thailand. Unfortunately if you don’t ensure shower curtain closed floor is easily flooded…….poor drainage. I don’t like standing in a bath to shower. Fortunately anti slip rubber mat provided. Unfortunately only English speaking movies. I prefer a news channel eg Australian or American ABC news

Friendly staff. A big swimming pool, not much people. Nice suite room in 9th floor, but noisy location (A big road was so near and soundproof wasn't good).

We asked second towel and blanket, must pay more. 70m2 suite we had, but still only one big blanket. Very noisy location. Water pressure was very weak, hard to use shower. Breakfast was very small and poor.

Well have stayed here before and the included breakfast provided now has dropped a few notches , very basic now boiled eggs with rice or toast with jam ,we took one look and went outdoors to eat.

This is awful!! And Im still waiting on my refund. This is NOT the place you advertise!!! The staff even say this happens alot and you still havent removed the false photos!!
