I would highly recommend this place to anyone, and would be more than happy to stay there again.

Nice place just in the city center

Probably the safest accommodation in the mids of the busy city. The host was just absolutely helpful and kind hearted. Bed is very comfortable. AC worked extremely well. Can only recommend!!! Thank you very much.

The location is excellent, owners very friendly and caring. Rooms aren’t the newest, but clean and well taken care of. We went to Catania for a weekend and it was perfect choice as we were mostly going around and enjoying the city.

everything was fine

- Clean room and bath; - it's the perfect position, you can go anywhere on foot (great sushi restaurant just on the corner too); - daily cleaning; - self check in; - beds were comfortable; - free wifi;

- the TV is terrible. We tried to watch Netflix but it kept throwing us back at the episode selection every ten minutes, more so it's using the mobile version of the apps instead of the smart tv's; - wifi connection is bad and tends to just not work; - the TV isn't connected to the wifi by default (and it works so poorly you have to use the hotspot); - the matrimonial bed is just two single beds of different heights smashed together, which is a bit annoying; - there is a very annoying sound whenever you flush the toilet or use (hot?) water. Doesn't really matter during the day but at night it's very annoying;

I chose this location because it was supposed to have a reception. So, to me, being in this ghost B&B was confusing. I could not understand how to pay or how to leave my luggage until the next day. Everything turned out OK, but I was anxious.

The location was fantastic and the rooms were well equipped. The staff were very friendly and kindly accommodated my dietary restrictions (gluten free) at breakfast. The room was quiet, comfortable and modern. Overall a very pleasant stay and I would recommend staying here!

Some better communication about payment would have been good. I wasn't told that the breakfast could only be paid for in cash (which caused some issues when I went to check-out with only a credit card). Since I travelled for business I needed a full itemized invoice rather than a credit card receipt, which also caused some issues. They kindly sorted everything out for me, which I'm grateful for. Also, I stayed for 6 nights and would have expected clean towels and replenished toilet paper at some point, but I had to ask instead and find them myself. These are all just minor though.

Everything is close, easily accessible, the neighborhood is good. It is really barrier-free, as they say, there is an elevator. The transfer and the staff were fine, they were kind and helpful (Marika :) ). The room is large and bright.

The room was big with a nice balcony. The staff responded very fast, we received instructions how to get to the room immediately. The bed was comfortable. Everything was ok.

B & B in the city centre and in very quite area. the people there are friendly and helpfull

This place is very welcoming and has a nice flare we love it very much. Marika and her family and team were all excellent and made us feel welcome and at home. They helped us organise the transport too due we were travelling with small kids and were 7 in total. Our rooms were very comfy and spacious with all amenities and necessities. Breakfast was fantastic even though the room is small but it made it all cosy. The hotel is practically 3-5 min from everything you need attractions, restaurants, nightlife, gardens, pharmacy etc...

One of the other rooms had a minor issue with the water system it kept changing from hot to cold at will lol thank god it was summer time or it would have been a significant problem. However, it was still a good experience.

Excellent location and staff is really nice

Very nice hotel with nice rooms. The family who run it are lovely and very helpful. It felt very safe and is in an excellent location.
