Good value for money. Located outside main touristy area around Hawa Mahal and easy to find. Staff were not super friendly but more than happy to help when we asked.

Room is not as nice as the photos. Very basic decor but it's was comfortable and good value Not a lot of food options nearby and quite a walk to find something to eat

So far this is the best place we have stayed so far in India. It is a little Oasis of calm and quiet in a big city. It was clean and welcoming with decent sized rooms. The staff were attentive and helpful. The breakfast was standard but I would recommend their vegetarian breakfast. They were simple but freshly cooked and delicious. Lots of cold drinks and bottle water available at the same prices as the shops. It was also a very easy walk to the hawah Mahal . All in all highly recommend.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown.

There is no food service but like others hotel this hotel have no restrictions to bring food from outside ..and the room we visit are too big and there is a separate kitchen including fridge and sink ... I loved it soo much .. And After sometime whenever i visit jaipur i must prefer this hotel .. thank you..

The room was great, and the staff were really attentive.

1) The tariff was very reasonable. As I was travelling for work and wanted just a place to crash at night, this worked out fine. 2) Location is within the Pink City walls, giving you a chance to explore the old city if one likes heritage structures

1) Service was below par. 2) Room was not cleaned up to the mark 3) TV never worked, when we asked for a remote, the person just gave the remote and walked away without bothering to check if it works 4) They did not bother asking us if we wanted breakfast the next morning!

The location though central is not very picturesque. There is an open sewer right at the entrance. So if you are looking for a luxury hotel, go somewhere else. If you are looking for a staff with a heart of gold and don't mind slumming it a little, definitely go to pandya niwas.

The hotel was at a really good location. Bed was comfy and not too loud.

The staff was really unfriendly always helping other guests first and being annoyed by bringing us breakfast etc. the breakfast itself is not worth the money so go somewhere else if you can. If you order something you don’t get what you ordered but only what they have right now in the kitchen. The room itself was really old, sink was broken in the middle and everything was a bit dirty in the bathroom.

Nice, spaceous, clean room with window, fresh air and light! It is located close to everything we wanted to visit,city palace,market etc. The staff was very kind and helpful. They suggested us where to go, found tuktuk for us, booked our train tickets... Very nice and easy experience being here.

It’s nice, clean, comfortable and extremely accessible from the main road. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the breakfast is also rather lovely.

Our loo unfortunately had some issues, so we were shifted to another room.

This was one of our favourite hotels of our trip. The hotel is tastefully decorated, and our room was spotlessly clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Good shower and plenty of hot water. Kettle on request. It's also in a good location, and it's possible to walk to the City Palace and Hawa Mahal.
