every thing except location

This place was miserable i really regret it. As a matter of fact the whole city (Puncak) was terrible place it is not worth visiting.

Nothing, truly i did not like anything at all.

Located in the very quite area. The house very spacious, as the host very kind to upgrade our 2 bedrooms house to 3 bedrooms. Very clean house including the bedsheets seems newly replaced.

Almost nothing. Maybe just a TV remote which out of service, could be because of battery issue

1) The host, Mr. Mohamed, is very kind and friendly. He gave suggestion to me to go very early in the morning at 4AM from Jakarta to avoid congestion and road closures at Puncak. So, I arrived early too at Puncak. When I asked for early check in, the villa (FA1-07) was still being used by another guest. But Mohamed gave me another villa (FF1-20) for transit so my family could take a rest until noon, and for free. Thank you Mohamed. 2) The villa is very clean and spacious, and the price is very good. 3) The room service was very good. Batteries of remote for TV and AV systems were empty, I asked it to Mohamed and then the staff quickly delivered its. When I asked a galon of mineral water, another staf also quickly delivered it. 4) I like the location, so quiet because there are no other villas in front of it. 5) Overall appraisal, I would like to come back to this villa again.

I used villa FA1-07. 1) One of Water heater in the back bedroom was not working. Another two water heater can be used but water heating process took a long time. 2) TV in back bedroom was not working. TV in the ftont rightside bedroom can be used but the remote was not working, I had to use another remote from other TV. 3) So many remote for TV and AV systems that I confused how to use. 4) There was no shelf for drying clothes.

Too quaite You need to have at least rental motor bike 80k rb daily to have more fun and can go anywhere

The area is quite and very fresh air. After we complained, the owner of the property was trying to help very fast.

The given phone number on booking.com didn’t work, getting information is not easy unless you speak Bahasa or Arabic. The different type of houses are not properly explained in Booking.com. The 4 Star rating is definitely not valid for all houses. To find the right house without a map is not easy. Google is not pointing the specific location.
