The location of the hotel is good. Its 2 minutes from the main road and 15 minutes of walk from the Ghats. The manager of the hotel was very helpfull and even helped us with ordering food outside as they were renovating the kitchen.

The room was not clean, lot of dust on the shleves, unidentifiable liquid on the wall, the airconditioning not working at all and only making very strange noises. Water was not warm so we had to shower in cold water after stormy evening in the Ghats.

The property is neat and clean. It is a basic hotel and was exactly like what is shown in the pictures. I did not like the kachoris we ordered for breakfast as they were served absolutely cold. The triple sharing room is compact, double sharing is fine. One more thing which I did not like that after checking out I had to use the washroom so they asked me use the common washroom which was extremely untidy and not usable, they should keep the common washroom clean as well Otherwise it is a good property, very close to Kashi Vishwanath Temple and the tariff is completely justifiable.

Cleanliness is ok. Staff was good. Room services are OK. Food items required definite improvement.

I just loved the place,it was damn clean and the staff was extremely polite and humble.Their service was excellent and special thanks to Ravi bhaiya(staff member),he was so helpful,and we had easy check in too.

Location of the hotel was very near to Dashashvamedh Ghat and Godowlia Chowk and staff were very kind and helpful

Windows were broken in the bathroom which made us really uncomfortable while using the washroom

The property was good value for money and was in a good location. staff were very helpful - especially Mayank who hosted us on a boat tour on the Ganges in Diwali- fantastic time!! The breakfast was delicious

Totally inaccessible. Even Ola, Uber cabs can't reach there. Non-cordial staff, not giving any help
