Great massage, very nice room .

The staff was very unprepared , the waiters are from Nepal and are not spraking romanian, only english. They are not able to take a proper order as a trained waiter. They have messed up with our orders twice. Moreover, the girl from the reception was as well not properly trained as she was not able to provide us details regarding the spa/gym and Easter offer. Overall, I haven't experienced so far at any hotel such lack of profesionalism.

the fact that you have to pay extra to use the sauna...; in all 4 or 5 stars hotels that we booked, the spa was free of charge (saunas, swimming pools, jacuzzi etc) the fact that the spa center was not in the same building, but at approximately 5 min walking distance; the fact that the double bed did not have a single mattress 180x200; there were 2 mattresses put one next to another.. which makes it very uncomfortable for a couple there were no toiletry items available, just shower gel, shampoo and body cream; no ear cleanser or make-up remover pads; not enough tables in the breakfast area

The place is nice overall. Clean and quiet although the walls are thin and you can see people talking in the other rooms.

The bed was not that comfortable, they probably put together 2 twin beds but the mattress was also in 2 pieces and you could feel the place between them. Definitely not comfortable. Then the staff is (almost) all foreigners with no knowledge of the Romanian language which is weird since this place is in .. Romania. The shower was slightly clogged - rather uncool for such an expensive place. Also, the location is in the middle of nowhere. If you plan to walk around the lake, this is not the place for it.

The room was extremely comfortable, very spacious and relaxing. Everything was quiet, inviting you to forget you worries. The music at the restaurant was really nice and the food was very good. The appetizers were as big as a main meal

Special design, excellent spa

Very beautiful new hotel. Rooms are very large wonderfully decorated, you don't feel like in a hotel but like in a stylish home. Everything in the building and in the room is top quality. Breakfast is really good (and I usually don't speak about breakfast, but this one is with homemade products, fresh juice, a nice selection of cheese specialities, plateaus of exotique fruits). Very close to airport -15 min by car, so if you're travelling and you need to stay over night, you can have this experience. Haven't tried the spa or the restaurant, haven't had the time, but maybe next time

everything. amazing peaceful place. close to the airport. very welcoming staff. reception 24/7. big room. everything was clean. big comfortable bed. very good breakfast. they also have spa with saunas and massage which was one of the best massages we had.
