As other reviewers mentioned, the owner is very helpful. If you want to practice skiing he can rent you equipment. You can also enjoy Onsen, rope ways and ski loft, which is very near to the hotel and he will help you to reach to those places if you request him. I will again go to this hotel next year for a week long stay and skiing.

The staff was really friendly and helpful when we were there. They gave us good recommendation of onsen and restaurant. They also picked us up and took us around town during our entire stay. It was the best service I could've hoped for.

Amazing ski-to-door location for both day and night ski. Free parking. Staff will drive you anywhere, at any time— just ask.

Definitely an older (albeit clean) facility. Tea/coffee/toast/cheese were available for breakfast. However, they did have a shared refrigerator/toaster/convection oven for you to store whatever you brought for yourself.
