The location of the flat is excellent, very near the centre and bars, resteraunts it is well fitted out (10 years ago it would have been pristine)and the beds are comfortable. unfortunately due to the front bedroom having sliding doors rather than window you can hear everything on the street and especially when the bar across the road is having a late night! the two rear single bedrooms where quiet. At check-in we needed to go to another building to get the keys and pay, then catch a taxi here although they didn't then charge us the 40 Euros extra for late check in. My biggest issue overall is that I had to chase the management 4 times for them to return my deposit which took 3 weeks!

This listing is disingenuous and false. This is NOT a 4 bedroom apartment— rather it is 3 very small bedrooms with a small living room with a couch. If you require 4 bedrooms, this is not the place for you. We were completely surprised at check in and called the rental office, but there was nothing to be done. So we spent our vacation with the living room turned into a bedroom and nowhere to sit as a family. I have since contacted the rental company and they point out that there is a quick mention of a sofa bed in the living room. That’s bogus, the headline for the place clearly states that it is 4 bdrms PLUS a living room. If you do decide to rent here, plan to wait outside on the street in the heat, as they will be checking in people into the other units in the building. The kitchen is TINY and does not have much in the way of cooking materials. Also, make sure you ask for extra blankets at check in — there are not enough for everyone. It took us 2 days to receive additional blankets. On the positive side: the location is excellent, the place was clean, and the bathrooms are nice.

Tout était excellent ! Il a largement dépassé toutes mes attentes.La salle de bain était très confortable, la chambre disposait d'une machine à laver, d'une cuisinière, d'un réfrigérateur, d'un micro-ondes et même d'un lave-vaisselle.

The location is perfect, in the center of town, close to the beach. We stayed in a apartment with three bedroom, very spacious, comfortable beds, equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. It had a balcony with amazing views.

Location, location, location. I have been to Barcelona before and this is by far the best location to stay at in Barcelona. Very close to La Ramblas which is where you want to be. It was very easy to book in and the property had everything we needed with a proper big supermarket within walking distance. Place de Catalunya was also about a 3 min walk from the apartment where you could catch the 'hop-on-hop-off' bus from as well as the Aerobus to the airport. Loved it!!

The apartment is central to the sights of Barcelona, we received clear instructions and directions to the office to collect the keys. We had a great experience!

Overall, this was one of the best experiences we had with vrbo. The apartment is so illustrated in the photos, and we really loved the location. And after traveling around France and Spain for almost two months and in various types of accommodations, we do have to say this was the best one.

Apartment was clean and well equipped with towels, and other necessities. Main attractions are in walking distance or easy to reach with public transport. We enjoyed the close by restaurants or the once we found on our trips. We definitely will return to this wonderful city and hopefully the apartment will be available.

we had an excellent experience with my space barcelona. The team was superb and the apartment amazing, i was clean and cozy, the rooftop swimming pool was a nice surprise!

I guess the biggest recommendation would be that we would stay here again the next time we go to Barcelona. Staff are amazing, reception are very helpful, they made us feel very welcome, the rooms were cleaned immaculately.

The location is the best, we were a bit afraid if the security because of the news we heard before arriving to Barcelona, but the truth is that the city is beautiful and hard not to fall in love with.
