the layout and big living room space for family

Cleaning and maintenance could have been better, especially the floor and pool. The smell of pig barn, especially at night, very disturbing.

The villa is very nice and super spacious, well equiped and quiet.

Kitchen spacious, location is ok

Checkin to have dinner with few friends. Already asking their management before hand they said ok for the dinner. While checkin i ask for more cutleries since they only setup few. Staff says no, just use what we setup. At the end they give only one extra fork. I have one friend coming with car, the security guy said she and the bf cant join and will report us to local police(the banjar). This is not nice at all. Pool when checkin is not clean, there is dog poop in the grass. Fresh poop. While checkin there is 3 staff, seems like preparing the villa. But how come they missed poop in the entrance door. Next door neighbour villa plays loud music in day time with speakers. We cant enjoy the day time at all.

The receptionist who accepted us upon arrival was welcoming towards us. The facilities were okay.

Pleasant villa nicely planned out. Pool For a fee, you could order in food. There was a basic shop 100 metres down the road to buy bintangs and chips etc

Location was way out of the way and you had to arrange a taxi to get anywhere to get food or go shopping. The villa was tucked in behind a residence and was difficult to find, had no signage just the road number. We were given 3 different sets of keys with 3 keys on each set, all different locks. The main door to the villa could not be locked which made us feel unsafe at night. The door to the villa compound could be locked but was not very secure and could have been pushed hard and it would have opened, The doors to the two bedrooms need adjusting as they were also difficult to lock. There was no hot water tap in the kitchen sink, cold water only. Having to pay a cash deposit to help with covering the bintangs in the villa fridge, refundable upon check out.
