Staff is not good

I am calling 4/5 times, but they are not pickup the phone, I really disappointed on staff.

I did not have breakfast here. However, there is a cafe where one can order. The hotel is a very good hotel. The staff is well behaved. The location, for me, was little inside the city. The location is in an educational hub. Family friendly. Generally I can not connect with any hotel easily but this was different,

For me the location was a but inside the city.

The hospitality from the receptionist and staffs, neat clean rooms for a budget price and decent food

This time it let me down from the previous stay experience at this property. Food was great last time and this time it was just okay. Also the complimentary breakfast didn’t had any options to choose and also I don’t understand how can they serve only one piece of plain paratha per person. If you can’t provide proper breakfast then please don’t offer it. This problem was not there during my last visit. Also the family room we booked had a very tiny bathroom. And there was issues with health faucet which was placed very far from toilet seat. How one can use it if it’s not reachable !! Isn’t it responsibility of Homestay to have a prior look into such things before giving the room.

The staff was helpful, provided extra blankets as it was very cold, room was clean, could make tea in the room as they provided the kit, room service called twice to remind the last order time for kitchen so we didn't have to stay without food at night.. This was a very thoughtful gesture. The breakfast service on the rooftop restaurant was good too.

The room could've had a better view, but we were staying for only one night so didn't care much about it. If you're going to stay longer, ask for a room with balcony on higher floor.

The host was good, room was cosy n comfortable and facilities were good

The location is a little interior, but otherwise everything else was perfecy

It’s in the centre of Shillong and it is really good for group travellers
