Nice location and spacious apartment. The host was very polite. The pool. The view from the balcony.

No one changed our sheets or towels, or just take the trash out during our 6 day stay. The apartment needs deep cleaning. The small beach in front of the property is actually artificial - rocks everywhere. But it was quite and lovely to watch the small bay.

Spacious apartment with an amazing vew. Has all the needed conveniences. Spacious and comfortable bathroom, with plenty of hot water. Comfortable bed. There is a particular parking place for the apartment. The host is very kind and careful. Really felt like at home, all the time.

The property is located in the new town of Sozopol, has a pool, a nice sea view, private parking and even a small private beach. You can find in the apartment everything you need for a short or long stay. There is quite a little bit of walking to do if you want to reach the old town, but we enjoyed that a lot. Close to Bamboo beach, a restaurant, supermarket. We really enjoyed our stay and the sea view from our balcony. Thank you!

The guy that welcomed us didn’t speak english but we managed to comunicate in the end 😁 Despite that, the complimentary bottle of wine plus the personalized welcome mesaage were a very nice gesture. So, overall, it was a nice experience.

The apartment and appliances create a high level of comfort. Beautiful sea view. The sound of the sea. Fast and stable WiFi suitable for remote work.

Everything was fine. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, equipped with the most needed things. A big plus for a washing machine. The swimming pool was also clean. I recommend this apartment to others, especially to families with kids.

A shower battery could have been better, as due to unstable water pressure it was quite difficult to set desired water temperature. I would suggest to replace it with a one with a built-in thermostat.
