We had an amazing time staying at Villa Amycha. The property was fantastic weather in October was great. Special mention of Joanna who sorted us out with activities and Chef Kazim who made a fantastic birthday meal.

I cannot speak highly enough about this beautiful villa and the way we were looked after by the owner, Joanna and her lovely staff Kadir and Ayfer. From the moment we arrived to a surprise birthday cake 🎂 and balloons and banners and all the bookings that were made for us beforehand with private chefs and boat owners we truly felt we had stepped into a world of luxury!! All of the outside space including the infinity pool is fantastic and the views are amazing. A fabulous place to stay in a gorgeous part of the world - what’s not to love!!!

Delightful stay, from start to finish. The support, help and advice we received from Joanna was excellent, we had everything we could wish for. The villa was very close to Kalkan, an easy walk down in the evening, taxi back! However it was totally peaceful and relaxing around the pool with gorgeous views. We came home completely relaxed after our wonderful stay.

The villa was everything it said it would be, it was so lovely having our breakfast made for us and the fresh bread they took in every morning was great for lunch, after breakfast the villa was then cleaned and beds made, what a treat. The Pool area was immaculate with the best sun loungers perfect for that late afternoon snooze or sun downer drinks at the bar. The view from the villa was magnificent, it took your breath away.

So nice to be back again after the pandemic. It was just as we remembered and we were able to share it with more friends - they loved it as much as we do. Amycha was as comfortable and spacious as always; our home from home. Kalkan Town itself was much busier (and noisier!); everyone keen to get away after the last couple of years? New restaurants and bars but still some old favourites. All in all a great couple of weeks. Booking and communications with the owner, Joanna, were smooth as always and she booked our transfers and boat trips in advance which made everything run smoothly. Next year??....

This is an amazing villa, great engagement with villa owner, preparation in advance to ensure everything organised in advance, service when staying there from Kadir & Ayfer. The villa views, layout, amenities, size of outside space, outside bar area are all brilliant. Well worth it. It’s our second time & no doubt be back again sometime.

From the moment we contacted Joanna, we knew we’d made the right choice. Joanna was always very quick to respond to our queries, provided us with lots of suggestions and even assisted us with booking a private boat trip and Chef Kazim who cooked us a delicious 3 course meal (which was the best meal we had whilst in Istanbul and Kalkan). The villa itself was cleaned throughly every day and the daily fresh bread was very handy. We arrived to a congratulations cake and bottle of fizz which was so thoughtful. The view from the pool and the bedrooms was amazing, such beautiful sunsets. Ayan the taxi driver recommended by Joanna was always there for us when we needed him. Would highly recommend staying at Villa Amycha!

We had a wonderful 9 days stay at Villa Amycha. The views are breathtaking. The villa is spacious and very well equipped. We were well looked after by Tarik and his wife during our stay and Joanna was excellent with any questions we had and arranged transfers. We were a mixed family group aged 2 to 61! Highly recommended.

This is the second time we have stayed at Villa Amycha. Its situation and view are absolutely breathtaking, and every morning when you open the blinds you are just blown away with the view. It is a fairly uninteresting and very steep walk down into the village but taxis are easy, plentiful and very cheap. We had forgotten that the transfer is 90 minutes which I have to admit is not ideal after a long flight. The villa has many amenities, including the comfiest sun loungers ever, and a comprehensive guide to the local area, restaurants etc. It is very well kitted out and extremely spacious. We did have a few maintenance issues while we were there but in the main these were quickly resolved. Kadir and Ayfir are very obliging but do not speak much English. There is another person, Tarik, who speaks good English and you can contact on WhatsApp with any issue which is most reassuring. Highly recommend this beautiful villa.

Superb property with really beautiful views. We had a fantastic time as a family and would return. Thank you to Joanna and the team for a lovely holiday. If you’re a light sleeper, take ear plugs as you can hear the street dogs (one of which we adopted!) on occasion.

The villa has stunning views and was great but what made it was the home help. Sunbeds we’re made every morning and fresh bread left out. Then the maid would make breakfast and clean all rooms daily. Really made the stay relaxing. 2 mins i a taxi for £2.50 to all main restaurants and port i. Kalkan. Def one of the best villas we’ve stayed at.

From the first enquiry to the final goodbye everything was perfect. Amazing property in the perfect position. Could not fault a thing. Thankyouand hope to book again for next year.

Had a wonderful stay here, the property was everything we’d hoped for and more. The views are stunning and the area was lovely to explore and plenty to see and do if you wished, but also a perfect place to unwind and do nothing. Will definitely be going back

We totally enjoyed our stay in Kalkan and this Villa is so awesome! The views were breathtaking!! Everything was so clean and everyone was so helpful if we had any questions! If you are vacationing in Kalkan you must stay here you won’t find a better and more beautiful place to stay, I promise!! Joanne is the sweetest hostess and will do everything she can to make your holiday special!! We can’t wait to return someday!!

Incredibly well designed home, with amazing views. First home, we have stayed in with gorgeous views from every bedroom, as well as from the outside pool area. Host is very helpful and the local staff are great. Thanks for a wonderful visit!

Joanna has anticipated your every need and was a great help and support at booking airport transfers, boat trips etc. The villa is incredibly well-equipped and has lots of storage and well-lit dressing tables in each bedroom (a must for me!). I think the sun loungers (adjusted by a handle on the side) are the most comfortable we have ever used, and this is the first holiday that I’ve not suffered from a sore back after a few days of lazing around. I cannot begin to stress the effect the view from the villa had on us. It is simply breathtaking and we could while away hours just gazing out from our room or from the terrace, or indeed the infinity pool. Sundowners on the terrace were so enjoyable, watching as the sky changed colour. The villa is supported by a lovely husband and wife team who cannot do enough for you. The fresh daily bread smells wonderful! We ran out of gas one day and the new canister was delivered and installed within 10 minutes! I would have preferred that the towels were changed every couple of days (especially the hand towels) but I am nitpicking as it was very easy to pop them in the washing machine ourselves, and of course they dried within hours. The villa is set on a vertiginous hill and we did walk down into the town a couple of times, but mainly we used Ian, the local friendly taxi driver who speaks good English and is very reliable. Taxi journeys are £2.50 each way and Ian will also come down to the harbour to pick you up (recommended as town is hilly). Kalkan itself is beautiful and charming. We did visit at the end of the season and I’m not sure the ambience would be quite as good if it were very hot and busy. However, the restaurants are fantastic, great range of food of the best quality. The people of Kalkan could not be friendlier or more helpful. The shop owners have clearly decided not to use a hard sell method which means that browsing is very relaxing and pleasant. There are some lovely shops, and not a chain or fast food place in sight. I have to say that this was one of the best family holidays (two grown up children) we have ever had, even despite having to quarantine on our return. The privacy and seclusion offered by the villa made for such a relaxing stay and this, combined with the 5 star service from Joanna and her team, have completely changed my mind about “fancier” hotel stays and we simply cannot wait to return.

The Villa is absolutely beautiful, From the moment we planned this holiday, Joanna has been incredibly helpful, Joanna has organised everything from transfers, boat trips and Chef Kazim and so quick to respond to everything. Tarik & Ayfer really looked after us making breakfast and keeping the villa spotless. The Villa is in a Good position you can walk into the centre or just get a Taxi as always available and so cheap, The view is stunning from the villa overlooking Kalkan. The villa has everything you need, We really loved staying there and will definitely return, Thank you Joanna and your team x

If you are looking for a villa in Kalkan then look no further! We had the most wonderful stay in Villa Amycha and there is absolutely nothing more that we could have asked for. The pool, bedrooms, views and facilities were all just perfect and definitely the best sun loungers I have ever experienced! The daily cleaning service and fresh bread delivery were an added bonus and this alone would make me come back and stay at Villa Amycha! The contact with Joanna for any queries was immediate and Kadir and Ayfer were invaluable. I really can’t say enough good things about the villa and without doubt I will be returning.

from the beginning we were very well looked by Joanna. The questions were answered in a very short time via vrbo. When we arrived in Villa we fall in love. the view is breathtaking. the villa itself is just perfect. every detail has been thought of. the view from 4 bedrooms is beautiful. everything was very clean. thanks to kadir and ayfer for your efforts. thanks also to tarik bey for the nice reception. unfortunately we had forgotten something in the villa. tarik bey sent them to us with cargo. everything is done to fill the guests well and satisfied. that will certainly not be the last time to be here. many thanks to everyone. thanks to villa amycha we were able to enjoy our vacation in spite of corona.

The best holiday ever, from start to finish we could not ask for more. 2 families total of 9 people and the space was more than enough with breathtaking views and lots to do for the children. We would like to thank Joanna, it wouldn’t have been the same without you to talk to when we needed advice, booking initial flights with Thomas Cook, Joanna still managed to fit us in the day before to keep us all in good spirits, the boat trip on Korsan with Captain Ali was the best! We booked Villa Amycha for a return visit to Kalkan.Joanna the owner could not do enough for us with our various enquiries.I am sure Joanna could help with any request you may have We were travelling with our two daughters and their partners for the first time.We wanted a space large enough that we weren’t on top of each other. It was 6 WOW’s from us when we saw the villa and explored the outside and rooms. Villa Amycha is truly amazing.Very luxurious coupled with outstanding view that is made more spectacular with the infinity pool. With all the extras we felt as if we were in a 5* hotel but with the flexibility to do what you want when you want to do it. When we arrived we were meet by Kadir who looks after the outside area of the property .He and his lovely wife couldn’t do enough for us.Tarik who manage the property was also first class. We were met with a brilliant welcome shopping pack, fresh bread delivered daily, daily housekeeping included which was fabulous.The house is spotless and the outside area is of an equally high standard. The Villa has everything you need from washing machine, tumble dryer, washing tablets,iron, hairdryers, beach bags, cool bag, games.The list goes on and on. We all had a truly amazing holiday and 5 star service from Joanna and her team.We highly recommend Villa Amycha and would have absolutely no hesitation in returning.

Villa Amycha has stunning views & so well appointed. Joanna & her team have everything down to a tea & provide a five star service & exquisite villa. It was so relaxing, with lovely day trips, evening meals in the quirky & beautiful town of Kalkan, or just staying in with a takeaway & chatting round the pool bar !! 10/10

We had the most wonderful stay at Villa Amycha, for once this was a Villa that totally lived up to it’s expectations, particularly comfortable, so well appointed, spacious and luxurious. Joanna and her team had literally thought of everything to ensure our holiday was enjoyable and as stress free as possible. We have never stayed in a Villa before where breakfast was prepared for you and bed’s and a tidy up were carried out every day. The pool area is fabulous and if you are going to Kalkan we cannot recommend this highly enough. Thanks again Joanna for making our stay so memorable for all the right reasons!

I have just returned from this amazing villa with my family! From the moment we booked till the day we left everything was handled in a professional friendly manner. Joanna is just wonderful! To say she thinks of everything is the understatement. From organising transport, daily delivery of bread, boat trips, she left no stone unturned! The views from the villa & pool are breath taking. A highlight of our stay was the day trip on ‘Therapy’ boat with captain Omur- can highly recommend it, fabulous boat trip with the most beautiful lunch Kadir & Ayfer who looked after us everyday were equally wonderful. I cannot thank you enough for such a wonderful visit to Kalkan! We will not hesitate to recommend you! In fact one of my daughters is an avid Instagrama and has had so many people asking for the details! Thank you

Villa was amazing, So clean and everything you need in a holiday was thought of. Joanna was very helpful and replied straight away before we went and during our stay . We will definitely return.

Just returned home from 2 weeks at villa Amycha and really can’t recommend this amazing villa enough- it surpassed all our expectations. The views from the villa & pool are absolutely beautiful. Thank you Joanna for organising everything for us plus the extras like having our shopping being delivered, daily fresh bread , in - villa massages by lovely Buket. Joanna also organised chef Kazim to come and cook for us, the food was wonderful and Kazim was very friendly and entertaining. A highlight of our stay was the day trip on ‘Therapy’ boat with captain Omur- can highly recommend it, fabulous boat trip visiting some very pretty coves, the mud beach and enjoying lovely freshly prepared food on board too ( again organised by Joanna) Taxis in Kalkan are so cheap only 15TL into town and Ayan the taxi driver was brilliant, it felt like we had our own personal chauffeur! The housekeeping couple Kadir & Ayfer are so very helpful - nothing was ever too much trouble and Ayfers breakfasts were delicious and very professionally presented! We enjoyed villa Amycha & Kalkan so much that we’ve have already booked again for 2 weeks next year - can’t wait!

The villa is modern and has a daily cleaner and couple that come in to make breakfast or clear up after you! There is a welcome pack and each of the bathrooms have shampoo and bubble bath ! The villa is very well equipped and has sky tv too! We loved it

This villa really is absolutely beautiful, it has everything you need inside and out. We were a party of 9 and there was more than enough room to accommodate us all. I just loved looking down on to Kalkan bay whilst chilling in the pool. The sun beds are the best, so comfortable and a proper bar. Everything you could want. We had 3 teenagers between us, they made good use of the pool, air hockey and ping pong tables Inside is just as amazing, it really is a home from home and more! The bedrooms are beautiful. The villa is kept spotlessly clean by Afyer and his wife, they are both so lovely. We were very lucky to have chef Lauren come in and cook for us a couple of nights we had the bbq menu which was very tasty and Lauren was great, highly recommend. Kalkan is such a lovely place, fantastic little shops..the Hand bag shops are brilliant, I wish I’d taken an empty suitcase! The bars and restaurants are so good try the Botanic Bar and then directly opposite Coast was our favourite restaurant, the duck buns are to die for! Indigo is a brilliant beach with water sports and incredibly good food. Joanna is absolutely brilliant, giving you great advice and making excellent suggestions, so helpful and very efficient. We spent 17 days here and I can’t wait to return for another 17. Thank you so much Joanna for a totally amazing holiday.
