Location in relation to Callaway Gardens. The Chalet was nice. The personnel were friendly and except as noted below seemed willing to meet our needs. We would be willing to stay there again.

We were switched from one Chalet to another because we expected a 7th family memeber and were promised bedding and towels for the extra person. Hoiwever there were still only enough towels, and bedding for the original 6. Also we reported that the toilet in the main bathroom was leaking at the base and we had to use towels around it to prevent intrusion. It appeared to be the wax seal, so it didn't get worse. We were told that someone would check it out Monday and extra towels would be delivered to cover the ones used to mop up the floor around the toilet. None were delivered

Pet friendly

The property is not updated. It had cobwebs in most of the house🙁 The dining chairs were weak and one was broken. We had to make sure none of the boys sat in that chair.

The location was excellent. The host Amanda who is the manager was excellent and very accommodating.

The chalets we're not clean. The manager tried her hardest to locate another chalet after the first chalet was too dirty to stay in. The chalet she moved us to was beautiful, spacious and on the lake but was not as clean as it should be. Meat juice in the fridge and just really needed a good scrub down. She was short staffed for housekeeping and it was understandable especially during the holiday weekend but made me nervous due to Covid.
