Iy was very convenient to places I wanted to see. The apartment had a separate area with coach and TV in addition to the bathroom and bedroom.

I found it a little difficult to unlock the doors to get into the building from the street.

we kept finding water on the bathroom floor, we think from the shower or pipe and no one was around when we wanted to report it

Staff was very polite and helpfull. Apartment is warm and comfy, also bigger than we tought. Location is perfect, very close to Old town and very good for public transport.

it’s more a hotel room than an apartment, there isn’t a kitchenette

really close to the city centre, 10-minute walk to the Astronomical Clock. very quiet during our stay even though it was New Year's. very nice staff as well. small improvements to increase comfort include: adding a nightstand in the bedroom for convenience, better bed linen (they were very short), a few more appliances in the kitchen (e.g. oven, rack to dry plates).

very poor quality of the wifi, almost didn't work at all in the bedroom. as the flat is in the centre, parking is an issue. there's no parking available except for interparkings. the reception desk will advice the parking at the Palladium shopping mall but it's 45 euros/day. we used the one next to the central Mariott hotel for 25 euros/day.

The only thing what i liked in this apartment was the location. When i asked the maid for an extra towel, despite the fact i had asked the reception if i could have one, she refused. After i insisted, the women went down the hall to get a new one and i heard her cursing me on Czech. I am Bulgarian by nationality and i managed to understand, what she said. The languages are similar. Unacceptable!!!

The bed was really uncomfortable. They can invest in some better mattresses. Also two beds pushed together do not make a double bed guys, there is still hole in the middle… Kinda pathetic in my opinion. The apartment was very poorly cleaned and smelled of bleach when we checked in. The Hairdryer barely worked. The kitchen is really poor equipped. The heating in the Bad didn’t worked.

Great location, within walking distance to all the main attractions. Comfortable bed and very clean. Apartment was serviced everyday.

Mini fridge and kettle available to use but they were inside the wardrobe in the bedroom. I was expecting a small kitchenette from the description but it was similar to a hotel room rather than an apartment in this sense. There was also no microwave / cooking facility in this apartment.

its a bit hard to find first. if you arrive after 5pm u have to collect your keys from a locked safe. numbers are hard to input in it. the sofa bed was very uncomfortable and the bathroom door did not close properly. it was embarassing to have shower and going to the loo in front of family. some kitchen facilities would have been nice since they call it apartments. staff is a bit distant. bit its overall in Prague, czech people can not really smile a lot:-(

Host very willing to meet customer needs. Great location. Very nice apartment. Apartment's Keys took from the reception. When I arrived, to access the structure, I called the reception in order to open the Gate

In general I liked everything. I was fully satisfied.

We could walk just about everywhere. There is a train stop at the end of the block, which made it easy to get places we couldn't walk. Lots of windows to open and keep the air moving. Staff was really helpful, including giving us directions. Once the directions were wrong. Before we could get on the train, the hotel manager came after us and corrected the directions. Service beyond the expected. In-room coffee. If stairs are not a problem, it's great place to stay.

Just a note for those who have difficulty with stairs. The elevator we used was at the back. You walk up 10 stairs to the elevator. The elevator stops at a landing between floors, so you always have to go up or down stairs.

The location was perfect, and everything was clean and prepared for us. The stuff was really helpful and kind. Generally I recommend this place to stay in during a city break in Prague.

There wasn't a kitchenette/kitchen where we could prepare meals; also, the reception was open only 9-17, which was a bit problematic to check in and later leave our baggages after check out. I believe it was a bit too expensive for the conditions we had.

Great location, walking distance to historical center and all the main city sights. Apartment was very clean and had all the necessary for a short stay in the city. Would definitely stay here again.

Internet wifi was not very stable and would not work quite often.

The place was clean and comfortable. The location was great, there was a large shopping centre within walking distance to the property and lots of good food places around.

It was quite hot and there is no aircon (travelled in summer). We couldn't leave the window open for air as there was a low level of noise from the street and we could also hear our neighbour.

Very central, had a lift, able to access the building after the check in time via the locked box on the outside of the building. Loads of eaterys around, the taxi pickup from airport that the site recommended were there and waiting when we came out of departures. All of the above made for a very stress free stay

Minor things but will mention. No tea towel for second part of stay as not replaced when put in laundry. Asked for 2nd pillow and was given a pillowcase stuffed with a duvet, I think, couldn't sleep on it. Lastly the noise at front of building is quite bad but once window was closed it was OK. It's location far outweighs these minor points
