great location, clean room, good breakfast.

tired decor. very hard to use lifts. little help from staff carrying bags

The staff were fantastic, the entertainment was fantastic, we danced the night away. The price was fantastic as was the location and facilities. 10/10

good food, quick service, clean, friendly, value for money. small problem with booking food but sorted out.Not made clear on net may not be able to provide food.

Room was clean. There was a lift. Parking permit was available for purchase @ £2 for the whole day. There was entertainment in the evening.

The room I was given was not the room I viewed and booked online and there were no other rooms available. The view from the window was a flat roof and the kitchen vent outside my window was loud and smelly. The bathroom was tiny, not at all like the photos online. When I booked I was advised that if I wanted breakfast, I should book it with reception on arrival, when I tried to do this I was told "there was no room at any time for me to have breakfast in the hotel and that I should walk into town and find a cafe"

Lift access to upper floors. Bed uncomfortable. Bathroom needs updating as shower not the best.

Nothing.....Could not wait to check out quick enough. It always shocks me what the GM is doing about the standards and quality of the place.. If you need a GM give me a call!!! Been in the hospitality trade for over 33 years. Most of the cheaper hotels along the sea front are in the same poor state....what is going on?? I have stayed in three now which are dirty and falling apart. Wouldn't happen if I was running a hotel. shame on the owners and GM's

Hotel was conveniently located for all the main attractions of Eastbourne. Staff were very friendly and hotel was kept very clean. Don’t worry that this hotel is only rated 2 star, it is easily a 3 based on other hotels we have stayed at previously in Eastbourne.

Dinner was served too early for us, hence why we decided to eat out.
