Nice hotel in the countryside. Large spacoius rooms and very friendly staff.

Nothing really.

Breakfast was rcvd (not included but given as an upgrade). The room was upgraded too from a mini-suite to a suite near the pool. No body but us swam so we had a private pool. . Supper was purchased. Even one lunch, which was absolutely "YUMMY" . So food is plenty, lots of choice, delicious and worth the money. The staff are pleasant and service is good. A dusty corner or a black dot on grout doesn't bother me as long as I receive good service with a smile. Which I did all the time. I came away feeling that I had had a good holiday.

Very cute hotel, clean rooms, nice staff, we ordred food from the snack bar and it was very good.

The mattress were single beds and aren't very comfy. Our door lock wasn't working well. Neighbores made a lot of noise, and the staff did not help with that at all..

The fact that this hotel was in Yeruham, a place I've never visited before and really was excited to experience. the price of the room was nice, compared to other options during August.

Calling this hotel "boutique" is an exaggeration. The facilities are low maintained. I went there with my two kids, sadly the "kids club" was a small room (bomb shelter?) with ~4 games and without anyone to watch the kids. The 24/7 gym was locked and closed the entire stay. The pool is opened for visitations for less than 8 hours a day, and they over-charge the prices in the pool's bar. The dinning room and food quality were not good as well. I want to be supportive, but have to be honest and admit that this hotel is not up to the standards I've expected it to be.

The rooms are in low rise buildings. Very good facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. And all in the quiet town of Yeruham

There wasn’t anything not to like!

the breakfast was very good and satisfying, a genuine Israeli breakfast. the place is very modest, but it os exactly what you need in a hiker's hotel
