This property is fantastic!!! The home is spacious and was extremely clean and well kept. This property is close to the beach as well as shops and restaurants in Tybee. We enjoyed this home and plan to rent again!!

The condo was in a perfect location with a short 1-2minute walk to the beach and 3-5 minute walk to all the shops, restaurants and bars near the pier. We had a range of ages staying here from 3-73 and everyone had a blast. The garage was a nice flex space for our beach supplies and fit two full size SUVs to keep out of the sun. My family will stay here again.

The only thing we (all 6 of us) really liked about the unit was the location. It was in a great location BUT the beds were awful, all of us had very similar nights rest, not much unfortunately. The mattress were so firm and old every time you moved it sqeaked and the entire mattress moved, so a light sleepers worst nightmare. It was accurate description of what was included. You got 2 towels for 4 nights (they were incredibly soft), they supplied coffee but one pack was for the single serve coffee makers. We had to open 4 to make one VERY weak pot, so we bought our own. It did have kitchen utensils and beach toys but that is IT!!! We have stayed in numerous VRBO and this was the LEAST equipped unit we have ever stayed, a lot of places have more than salt/pepper. The kitchen was bare besides utensils. I HATED the water saver feature in the bathrooms. Everytime you washed your hands water sprayed ALL over you and the counter. The unit needs a deep cleaning and gone through to get rid of rusty kitchen items or pans that should have been tossed a few years ago. There were a few glasses that also need replaced. Over all, we wouldn't stay at this unit again.

Property is even better in person! Very nicely appointed. Huge kitchen and having a garage was a plus. Lots of beach toys in garage. Extremely close to pier, beach and the heart of the restaurants / shopping. All easily walkable. We didn’t need to use our cars for anything. Highly recommend.

The location was perfect. Only a few blocks from the ocean. Make sure everyone with your party can handle lots of steps. Only down fall.kitchen stocked nicely . Linens were nice. Wish it would have beach chair's and umbrella

Clean, comfortable property in close walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants. Easy walk to the beach. 2 car garage + 2 more in the driveway. Perfect for our girls weekend.

This is a great property in a great location. Just a very short walk from the beach, and Tybee’s restaurants, bars, and beach stores. It was great to just leave the car in the garage and walk everywhere. The owner was very responsive, and check in was easy. The condo is very nice inside and has a great floor plan. Everything was clean and neat.

Absolutely perfect
This VRBO was absolutely perfect for my family. We had 8 adults and felt that there was plenty of space. All we could want and more! Parking was easy (four spots including two spots in the garage) and easy access to the beach and local restaurants. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay on Tybee!!

Nice weekend
The owner of this property was the kindest, most responsive homeowner I have ever rented from. We had some problems during the weekend that were no fault to her, but she went above and beyond to make it right. The property was a great location, well stocked. I would definitely rent it again.

Girls Trip

Beautiful Home in a Great Location
The walk to the beach wasn't bad at all, very doable even with multiple toddlers. If you have children, I would recommend bringing a few baby gates as there are ALOT of staircases. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked. The only downside for my group was that only 1 of the bedrooms has a TV. This isn't a dealbreaker, of course, but we were super bummed to realize our room didn't have a TV (we HAVE to have background noise to sleep) So definitely bring a tablet or something to connect to WIFI if you need Netflix to sleep. :) But overall, the house was super clean, well stocked, and in a great location. I would recommend this home.

Lovely Stay
Great place to stay right near the beach! Easy walk to the beach (we had a three year old, 1 1/2 year old and 10 month old with us and it was very manageable). Plenty of space for everyone and enough parking for all three of our cars. If you are bringing young ones, the laundry room is big enough for a pak n' play :) I would suggest that you bring a couple of kitchen towels or paper towels (we went through the roll that was there pretty quick with 3 babes around) if you plan on using the kitchen and some detergent for the washer and dryer if you think you'll use it for anything other than rinsing and drying towels. Would definitely stay again!

Loved the house and location!
We visit Tybee quite often as a family. This house was the perfect location and size for our group! We walked to dinner and shops daily, not to mention ease of beach access. This was the perfect house for us, we will be back!

Family vacation on Tybee Island
We have been visiting the area for years. Seascape A is a beautiful unit although the back yard could use some TLC and a BBQ grill. The unit is spacious and comfortable. Could use a deep clean corners and moldings but over all it’s what you would expect.

Sister’s Beach Vacation
We had a wonderful time, the house was perfect and walking distance to everything! Really enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. Beautiful weather and no masks x 4 days was heavenly!!

Gorgeous home
Beautiful home. Walking distance to beach, food, and shops. Plenty of space for our family of 5 adults and 2 kids. Bonus had alot of beach toys to use.

Great Location
We had a great stay at this townhome. It was the perfect walking distance to the beach and all local shops and restaurants. We didn't have to get in the car at all while we were there. Although it sleeps 9, it's a tight fit for all adults but works well for families with teens and small children. The only set back is that the cleaners should be detail cleaning more often. The place was clean overall but I could easily tell that details are getting missed.

Great location
Host was very responsive to all my many questions. Home is located one street over from shopping/restaurants and easy walking distance to pier. We had 5 kids running around, so will agree with the other reviewer about it being loud at times with all the wood floors and open stairwells. But home was very nice and clean and otherwise perfect for our needs.

Wonderful stay
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo is beautiful and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was right in walking distance of the pier, restaurants, stores and the the beach itself was at the end of the street. I would difinitely stay here again!!!

The townhouse was lovely, comfortable and very clean. The pictures don’t do it justice. The location was great...within a very short walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. The owner replied quickly to each communication or question. We had a wonderful time!

Fun Family Vacation on Tybee Islad
This was a really nice condo--beautifully furnished and clean. It is located near the public parking area in the middle of the tourist section of Tybee. Everything was very convenient and we had a really nice stay. The property owners were easy to communicate with. We would stay at this property again.

Very clean & welcoming. Good location with short walk to beach. Close to dining & shops. Cars stayed parked most of the week. Plenty of space for 6 adults, 2 children and a toddler.

Super Location
Close to everything yet far enough away to be chill. We loved this property. We had 7 of us and all had plenty of room even on a rain day :)
Close to the beaches, pier and river.
Drawbacks are the layout is loud. It is 3 floors but with all hardwood and a center stairway, the house is loud. It does need a little more attention from the cleaning company.
Other than those small things, it is a great place. Comfortable and easy to have a large family in.

Love this rental!!
We loved this rental and Tybee so much last year we went back again this summer. No complaints-everything is perfect and we hope we can return again next year!!!!

Horrible Communication but Great Location
Communication with the property manager was close to non existant after they took my money and sent the confirmation. I was told through the confirmation that check in instructions would be sent 3 days prior to arrival. 2 days prior I still hadn't received any instructions so I called, emailed, & texted with no response until the day before. Upon arriving I tried to contact the property manager by calling and texting with no response. The property was nice and convenient to the beach, food, & shopping so once we got there everything was fine. It was just a high anxiety situation beforehand due to lack of communication.
