Great stay

This was home away from home! Marybeth was a gracious hostess. The unit was comfortable, well appointed, clean and provided all the essentials for a great family gathering. Highly recommend any property Marybeth hosts, she is awesome!

We loved our stay here. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked and the place was cozy. We loved winding down each post-skiing/boarding day in the hot tub while it continued to snow. Management was very responsive when we had questions and was available by text. One thing I really loved was that the garage is high so I was able to park our van with rooftop pod inside without any issue at all. This was so convenient! Canyon Lodge is a short walk up the hill and we had so much snow that we actually were able to ski down to the condo after our day at Mammoth was done. We loved it and would love to stay here again.

My family and I had a blast at this condo for my son's 2nd birthday! The location was prime and the cozy aesthetic made it hard to leave! Definitely will be staying here again whenever it's available.

Place is amazing, as advertised and on a very nice location. Mary Beth was kind and gave immediate solution to one request we had. We all loved the place.

The property is clean, spacious, nicely decorated and in a great location. We had a wonderful family vacation here, and will be making plans to return.

This home is absolutely beautiful. The kitchen is MASSIVE and well stocked. The whole unit has a luxurious feel. I highly recommend it. Here are a few key features: -Hot tub shared with only one other unit -Gas grill on the deck -Indoor parking -Ski/boot storage -Luxury bedding -Amazing host (Mary Beth) -Massive unit, with oversized kitchen and center island, dining area, and living room -Great internet. My kids were able to do their zoom classes I really cannot say enough about this place. I will certainly love to stay here again.

Lovely location well located

You can't beat the location if you want to ski or snowboard, it takes 5 minutes to walk to the lift @ Canyon Lodge. The place is warm with a fireplace and suitable for a lot of people. Parking is super easy and secure. Just a really great experience overall and will definitely be back soon.

We had a great time staying in this condo. The location is ideal, and the check-in process was super easy. We really like the secure underground parking garage and the accommodations inside were what we expected.

My family flew over to visit California and the moment I discovered Mary Beth's home I had hoped to book it for our trip! Mary Beth is very responsive via email and text. She made booking the trip such a breeze and also allowed my two small dogs to stay with us via a pet fee and signed agreement. Upon arrival Mary Beth checked in with me if there was anything I needed as well as dinner recommendations. We went to the Eatery and it was delicious! We couldn't have asked for a more comfortable place to lounge out mid-day after a hike or shopping. The shared hot tub and sauna were a nice touch that we enjoyed one of the nights. The kitchen is beautiful, large and stocked with pans, a toaster oven, a kettle and other kitchen goods. There is a large parking garage underground with enough clearance for our lifted vehicle with a roof rack and roof top tent. It was refreshing to not have to find parking elsewhere for the vehicle since it fit perfectly. The home is very close to the village and is in a nice quiet neighborhood and an active community where people walk their dogs, go for a jog or bike ride. We hope to visit Mammoth again and would definitely reach out to Mary Beth to stay in her home.

We came up with friends and our 2 kids (4+2) for their first time skiing. The condo was perfect and just what we needed. The location to the mountain couldn't be better, and we loved the hot tub after skiing all day. We'll definitely be back!

This is a very spacious main floor condo walking distance to Canyon Lodge. It is located very close to the village, and it was very easy to get around from this location. There are 2 bus stops very close that will take you to the village in minutes (or up to Canyon Lodge if you really didn't want to walk). Everything in the Condo is in excellent condition. We stayed here with 4 adults and 2 children. All the appliances, utensils, plates were newer and good quality. There were lots of pots and pans, glasses etc for everyone to use and cook with, could use a few extra kitchen towels and pot holders etc.. Even though the snow was piled high around the condo, every thing was warm, the gas fireplaces gave off a lot of heat, in addition to the heater. There is a outdoor spa that is kept very warm, and the sauna worked well and was clean and in very nice condition. Everything was exceptionally clean. Some maintenance issues did come up during our stay, but were handled quickly. The parking garage was clean and spacious, very nice to have since parking on the street fills up. There is a nice open space between the apartments to have a huge area to play in the snow right outside, and sleds that the kids could borrow.

This beautiful home had all the amenities and furnishing to make our stay extremely comfortable. Mary Beth was very accommodating and always available for any questions. The location is fantastic - walking distance to Mammoth brewing company and literally around the corner from the village. This is definitely a home I would like to revisit again! Thank you.

We are 6 friends (3 couples) who came to Mammoth for the 1st time to attend a wedding. Mary Beth's home was the perfect place to stay - close to everything and beautiful to relax in! From start to finish working with Mary Beth was easy. She responded to my questions before we came and quickly addressed a couple of questions (even though she was on vacation) while we were in residence. The home is beautifully appointed and was spotless. The underground parking is spacious and a real bonus - I can't even imagine what a difference it would make in winter! If I ever get back to Mammoth this would be my first choice of rentals. It is VERY reasonable and great for couples, a girls getaway or family vacation:) Thanks so much Mary Beth for making this available and for being so accommodating!

Great condo. Awesome location. Steps to the lifts at Canyon Lodge. Easy 15 minute walk to the village. The owner Mary Beth was super helpful and responsive. There were a couple of essentials that weren’t in the condo and she made sure they were by the next morning. We will definitely return. Thanks!!

Owners are very helpful and kind. They even helped us get our car unstuck in a snow storm! Property is clean and nice with good amenities. Would stay here again.

We have now stayed at this lovely condo two years in a row for our Annual Family winter trip. I have to say that it truly is the most convenient location ... walking distance to canyon lodge .. a 2 minute drive to the village and on a great street! The place is super cute, cozy & up to date which is nice when you come home from a long day of skiing . The management was very attentive and just a phone call away . We look forward to many more winter wonderland trips staying at this condo.. I wouldn't stay anywhere else !

A wonderfully appointed and amazing condo right at Canyon Lodge perfect for two families to share. The hot tub and sauna are wonderful after skiing. It is a short walk to Canyon Lodge, so driving is not required once you arrive. The underground parking is also extremely convenient after a snow. Additionally, Mary Beth is an amazing host. We found her to be very accessible, knowledgeable of the local area and very helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay this past weekend. The unit was very clean. granite counters wood floors. Upgraded bathrooms. We had a great time in town. It's just minutes to the village. It's also minutes from Canyon Lodge. They have two nice fireplaces which came in handy at night. The hot tub was great. There is even a sauna out on the deck. We will be coming back. This place is awesome!
