It was a nice room, elevators were fast, check in was effortless, gate keepers were friendly, pools were super clean and we had a great time.

This condo had plenty of room for our three couples and three children to all be comfortable in the living room. Everyone had a bed without using the fold out sofa. The views are amazing and the resort has wonderful pools. I recommend this property for a very nice stay in PCB.

This condo was exactly as described. The views from the top balcony were incredible. The condo itself was very spacious and had everything we needed to have a memorable trip! We will rent again!

We greatly enjoyed staying in this condo. It had all the amenities and a beautiful upstairs balcony on the roof of the 12 story building. The first night we enjoyed viewing a storm, the stars, and the moon all at the same time. Our host was easy to connect with. Our only advice would be to stock the condo with at least 1 roll of toilet tissue per person for the week. There were not enough supplies to stay in the condo for the week. This included trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, and toilet paper. If you are flying to Florida and have no rental car, you will need to find a ride to the local grocery store.

What a view! Fantastic resort, didn’t explore all the amenities but loved the location and views. Our family of 8 enjoyed our week there and can’t wait to come back!

It was as the pictures showed. Beautiful place. The only issue was the code to get in. I would stay again.

The description is pretty accurate as far as the space, location, and views. The condo is very dated and needs a thorough top to bottom cleaning. When we got there, we noticed the baseboards, walls, rugs, switch plates, cabinets didn’t look like they had been wiped down or cleaned very well and it smelled very musty. The TV in the bedroom to the left when you walk in, has sound but no picture, the upstairs tub wasn’t draining and still had sitting water in it when we left and one of the tower fans didn’t work at all! We did reach out to the Randy the same night we arrived and got a response 2 days later that he would send the cleaners. We did decline because all of our things were already in the condo and only had a couple more days there. No mention of the broken items or repair for them. It does have a nice views from the balconies but not worth it overall. I’m finding with all of these rentals (we got to PCB yearly) all the beds are horribly uncomfortable. I’d be more inclined to return to a condo if they had comfortable beds, even if everything else wasn’t perfect.

This property is everything you want in a beach front property! Steps from the beach, great pools and hot tubs, and a golf course! Randy was very responsive when contacted about some minor issues and made sure it was corrected (parking passes)! I would definitely recommend this property to others!

The condo was a great location! Enjoyed coffee on the balcony watching ocean. Plenty to do around with out driving!

The condo was amazing and the location was great. The place was plenty big enough for three teenagers. The upper deck had a great view. The wagon and all of the beach chairs and toys were great for going to the beach. My only complaint was the cleanliness - the main areas were clean - bedding and bathrooms, but you can tell the condo needs a really good deep, spring clean - baseboards have hair on them, toilet bottoms, sticky messes on speakers and coffee tables. Overall, I would stay here again. I only contacted the host once for a check-in question and he was quick to reply!

Every thing way thejust

We rented this property somewhat last minute, but we are very glad we did! Its a lovely property all around - - the condo itself is very spacious and had all the necessary items in both furniture and accoutrements. - The Edgewater property as a whole is also lovely, and the pool area is clean and well done. - The beach of course is phenomenal...just like the rest of that 100 miles or so of the panhandle. It wasn't too crowded at all, though we were there after schools went back into session. - The hotel staff were minimal, but friendly and accommodating. - The views!! from the inside of the condo or from the upper deck, were stunning. How we've missed the panhandle gulf! - Parking was plentiful and close, very little walking. - The elevators were fast! we never waited longer than 60 seconds for one. - It was lovely for the owner to provide a beach wagon and umbrella and chairs, though we brought some of that with us. We'll know for next time! To be thorough, the only slight downsides - - Costs at the resort for extra things were very steep, but that's par for the course. Rental chairs on the beach, the poolside restaurant, and the front row deck chairs at the pool (others are free) are all really expensive. We could have doubled the cost of our stay if we had rented beach chairs, pool chairs and eaten at the restaurant often. - Being a first time VRBO user, i was a little unsure of some of the procedures re. the rental contracts, license copies for parking, etc. I had to dig through the info and make a couple of common sense guesses on some things. I suppose I guessed right, lol, as they didn't kick us out of the resort. - The weather this time of year in the panhandle can be really changeable. It rained heavily at least at some point in the day, though the rest of the day was suny with clouds. That's to be expected, but just to say that early and midsummer are usually a little dryer and more predictable, i think. All in all, a WONDERFUL and much needed retreat! Thank you, Randy, for providing this lovely space for others to rent!

Loved our trip to Panama City Beach, largely due to the fabulous accommodations! Close to the beach, great floor plan with spectacular views- from main floor balcony to the rooftop deck! Teens had their own space upstairs :) Kitchen was top notch! We also enjoyed the wagon to tote our items to the beach daily - what a great help! And... elevators worked well to boot! - Thank you Randy - if you ever want to sell - let us know :)

We had a wonderful time….4 generations and some friends all for a girls trip! Location was great, top deck was perfect for the teenagers we had with us! The place was clean and spacious….would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Panama City.

Edgewater is a great property with full amenities.

The unit is absolutely wonderful! The condo is in a perfect location close to everything. The balcony was wonderful to sit and watch the sun coming up . Plenty of room for our big family.

The place was very wonderful to stay at, but it didn’t have a indoor pool. The roof top deck was amazing and let you see all the views.

The entire week was amazing and Randy was great and super helpful through the process! We are already planning our next trip for Fall. :)

We found a GEM! Communication with the host was very easy and responsive though we didn’t need much during our stay. The condo is on a 110 acre resort with 18 hole par 3 golf course, tennis, event venue, gym, bar and restaurant. The condo itself is one of just a few top story condos with a standard balcony and a spacious rooftop balcony overlooking the water. Plenty of space for the family, the rooms were incredibly comfortable and the amenities were a great touch. The host had lawn chairs and umbrellas for the beach and a wagon to tote everything which made our experience even better. The resort is gated with security entrance and close to EVERYTHING! Walkable to entertainment, gas and groceries, and restaurants. We will be back!

The condo was everything we expected and more, We stayed 7 nights And believe me we didn't want to leave, Looking forward to return next year, Any questions I had for the owner was Address immediately, Love the new walking shower in the master bedroom, I had no complaints, I was lucky to book this condo and anybody that does will not regret it.
