Our family of five enjoyed our stay over our spring break. Great property, great location!

The Fish property was a great place for four adult couples and no kids to stay for a week on Folly. The house was clean, well stocked, and had great amenities with the pool. The beds were very comfortable too. The pool was a amazing and we had a blast playing volleyball with the floaty net & ball that came with the house. The house is about a 10min walk to the beach, which was a little longer than we anticipated by the description, but still pretty close. The walk to Center Street was also about 10min, which was expected. For the price of this listing, I had hoped the house would come with hand soap for all bathrooms. Hotel sized shampoo and conditioner are provided, but I recommend you plan on packing your own as well as some good body wash. The property management company was attentive, communicated often, and checked in on us to ensure we were enjoying our stay. Overall a great stay and it met all our needs!

3 families with college age kids all fit comfortably in this home. The house was very clean and spacious for everyone to relax, play games at the tables and a great location to beach/restaurants and shops.

We loved our week long stay at The Fish. The house is newer and well-stocked. The house is designed thoughtfully. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor gathering spaces that allowed our extended family to spread out. We appreciated having multiple large dining table options to gather around with our group for meals. The bedrooms are all well-sized. We'd recommend storage options for two of the bedrooms especially for longer stays, but we really had no complaints! We paid to have the pool heated and were able to use it every day during our April stay. The backyard is lovely and really felt like a retreat from our busy lives. The beach was also an easy ten minute walk. We rented a golf cart and bikes, so it was even quicker to get to the closest public beach access. We hope to come back!!! This house is perfection! You will LOVE it, we went in March for “Spring Break” so we paid to have the pool heated and it was the highlight of our trip! I also highly recommend renting a golf cart! Great house, will definitely visit again!

Great house that is walking distance to the beach and town. Pool is a plus when you want to cool down in the afternoon. Can’t wait to go back!

This should should be a five star house but due to poor management I would give it 2.5-3 stars. It is a great location as long as you get a golf cart or don’t mind some walking. Despite not being allowed to check in until 4:00 to allow them cleaning time, the place was filthy. Spent the first couple hours of our vacation cleaning. Could be so nice ...

Loved the property. It's a well thought out layout and space. Home was well appointed and the pool was a great add!!! Only downfall was the "noise ordinance" in place; neighbors were somewhat sensitive.

Perfect location and spacious home for a large group. Due to Covid, we had a couple of family members stay home. But, we were excited to be able to continue our tradition of a family beach vaca. We had been to Folly before but, this home surpassed our expectations. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved it

Fantastic home. Comfortably accommodated our large family, and flowed perfectly. Pool was a huge perk after long beach days. Nightly walks for coffee, pizza and ice cream. Highly recommended.

If you are looking for a great house with private pool, walking distance to beach, great restaurants, and pier -the fish is the answer. House is very spacious as described. 2 living rooms is awesome so little ones can watch their tv. The main living room, kitchen dining room is big enough for all about cramped. Walk to beach was 4 blocks; there is access through houses. Can walk to all great restaurants and the pier life. (Not one bad meal on island). Short easy drive to all the sites in Charleston. Great balance between sight seeing and relaxation of beach and private pool. The outdoor living room under house next to pool was awesome and huge for all. I did take a nap in one of the hammocks; felt great. So if looking for a layback vacation Folly Beach is the answer. Great island to bike ride or golf carts. People are friendly. The ease of checkin checkout was an added plus.

This is a new home and is perfectly set up for family fun at the beach! Easy to walk, bike, or drive to the beach and Center Street shops. The pool with well appointed patio/lounge in the shade of the house is perfect for a lazy afternoon or evening. A perfect family retreat spot. We will be back and I can highly recommend this home for your Folly vacation.
