Cousy apartment, wonderful location. Easy check-in and check-out. Small tokens of hospitality in kitchen and fridge. Recommendation 100%

The apartment is newly renovated, equipped with everything you need - there were even some drinks and food to welcome us -, very clean and offers more than enough space for two people. It has a nice balcony for breakfast or even dinner which you could prepare very well in the apartment with all the kitchen facilities that are there. On the other hand it is not necessary as many restaurants are in walking distance as well as the beach and a supermarket. The apartment itself is in a residential area and therefore it is very quiet. I can only recommend the place and would come back any time.

Position

The apartment is cozy and in a conveniente location for those who want to enjoy Vouliagmeni. However the owners cannot claim to provide a “deluxe” apartment because there is nothing luxury. The condo has no elevator and the common areas were dirty (probably because some light refurbishment was going on)

Apartment is lovely. It's a nice size, super clean and modern (and comfy bed)! Eleana left some morning snacks, and drinks in the fridge which was a nice touch! And has all the essential amenities. The location is perfect - 5 min walk to the beach, or 10mins to Astir Beach which is highly recommended! Very close to the lovely seafront restaurants - Eleana was so helpful with recommendations and we went to Atki which was amazing! And to Sloop for brunch which was nice. We took a 15min taxi to Gydana for the evening which has a tonne of restaurants and bar, and is worth a visit for nice cocktails and a vibe! Thanks so much! Hope to come back soon!

Only 'downside' is the short flight of steps to first floor (no lift) as we had a v heavy suitcase

The location is perfect, only 5 minutes walking distance from the Vouliagmeni beach and all the restaurants, tavernas in the area. Also there is a supermarket on the way. The host was great, she explained us all and helped us to choose the best spots to visit. She also provided us some sweets and coffee for breakfast :) Very nice! We will surely come back again!

There is nothing I did not like! Everything was perfect!

Clean modern apartment located in a quiet part of the city. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Walking distance to the lake and beaches. Great terrace for a long breakfast :) Eleana was extremely friendly. Her recommendations and tips were very helpful. Wellcome breakfast food and drinks were provided for free, highly appreciate. Semi-homeless cats and wild (?) turtle in the surrounding garden were fantastic for kids. A beautiful old pine trees provide nice shading. A supermarket, bakery and authentic taverna were located in a short walking distance. Extremely good value for money!

Almost everything was perfect, except for beds - the big one for parents was a bit too soft, the sofa bed in the living room was a bit too hard. Obviously it can fit others’ preferences. Anyway, it was ok for the 2-3 nights stay.
