Room was good and borgarfjörður is a beautiful place.

It was really, really noisy. As some tourists were leaving 5-6 in the morning talking in the hallway it woke us up and it fellt like they were inside the room.

Really nice rooms and very good breakfast/ dinner. Extreme friendly staff. Really good stay for puffin watching.

noisy hallways, bathrooms need renovation. uncomfortable shower curtain. the hallway to the bedroom is used as a furniture storage and late cleaning in the night of the common area is very noisy in the bedrooms on the same house of the reception.

The rooms were very clean and the staff super friendly. The shower was strong and warm and the breakfast was great, many different options and all fresh.

I’m quite tall and the bed sheets were a bit short for me, but the rooms were warm so not a problem at all

Everything was great, the only thing I didn’t like was the hot water was not consistent . It was spotty warm/ cold.

Property was clean quiet and comfortable- everything we look for in a hotel in a very isolated but beautiful area of Iceland. The owner was fantastic and so helpful with advice and directions. Meals were very good

Very noisy (I could hear our neighbors use the toilet and hear them talking), no facilities in the room (no kettle to make a cup of tea), room is not cosy, massive breakfast space (too big for our liking).

The host is very helpful especially when it comes to hikers around the village.

The owner met us with a big smile and the keys as we walked in. Considering it was the weekend of a music festival that took over the whole village, and it was very busy, that was a lovely touch. The hotel is at the end of the village, but the village is so small that everything is walkable. Breakfast was good, too. We would definitely go back.
