I highly recommend these accommodations in Edinburgh. The apartment is centrally located with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment is beautifully furnished and well maintained. I loved that the owners gave recommendations for restaurants and shops in the area. So helpful! We will be back in the future.

This property is more beautiful in person. It is huge! Was spotless. Very clean and safe neighborhood. Very close walk to a Tesco grocery store and a wonderful place to get breakfast/coffee called Crumbs with very sweet staff. It was the perfect beginning to our trip. The walk to the city center is about 20-25 mins but is easy and feels very safe. It is also very easy to get an Uber or taxi if that is preferred. Check-In was super easy. We would absolutely stay here again. The only downside which was minor was no dryer (which seems to be common in Scotland/Ireland) but there were plenty of hangers and places to hang things to dry (bathroom has a great towel rack). This place is gorgeous and we felt so safe!

We loved our stay here. The house is beautiful and the location was great for us - a nice quiet street but close enough to everything that it took 10-20 min to be where we wanted to be. The host was great and everything was as described.

We had such a great time at this incredible unit. Everything on one floor was a plus. All rooms were huge. We were on an almost 3 week vacation and stayed at MANY VRBO sites and this was by far the most clean, elegant and amazing unit. many great restaurants and pubs nearby and the welcome guide gives many good recommendations. We loved O'Conner's pub, 2 min walk from unit and very family friendly plus 500 whiskies to choose from. We went there 4 out of 5 days and always felt at home. The manager checked up on us when we arrived, very thoughtful. This unit is a must stay. Thank you

Huge apartment in a quiet area of Edinburgh but close enough to walk or taxi to the main places of interest. Apartment is completely on one level, no stairs which is wonderful when one late seventy years old.

Apartment was fantastic and they had everything we needed. Easy walk to town. Only negative was paying for parking. It got expensive.

The apartment is lovely, very spacious and well equipped, and the location is great. We ended up going out mostly in Bonnington locally. Great bar very close to the apartment called Pickles - very busy and buzzy. Nice pubs and a good selection of restaurants in walking distance. A short walk to Princes Street. We had a great stay.

The flat is beautiful! A wonderful two bedroom flat with more than enough room. We walked everywhere from the flat with ease and loved that it was close to grocery as well. Could not recommend it enough!!! Kate was a wonderful host as well and very communicative.

She also provided a list of tasty restaurants in the area before our arrival which we greatly appreciated!

This is a fabulous and spacious flat. The location is perfect for access to Edinburgh's restaurants, bars and attractions. We had a wonderful stay.

We were really impressed with the size of this rental- it was way bigger than we had expected it to be. Everything was extremely clean. We felt very comfortable staying in this area and it was located just a short walk to Old Town. There were a lot of tools in the kitchen to use. We had a great stay and would stay here again.

A great place to call home to visit Edinburgh. Only a short walk to the main attractions, with public transport and supermarkets nearby. The flat is super spacious and well equipped, whether you plan to eat out or in and offers a great place to relax after a hard day shopping, sightseeing or exploring

It was above our expectation and just lovely. I felt I was home. I wish we could have stayed for longer!

The bathroom is on the small side but as a family of 4 it was fine for the 3 nights we were there. The location is perfect for walks into the city and gives easy access for drives out to to the local beaches or neighbouring towns. This lovely Apartment was so spacious with wonderful decor. It was very well equipped for all our needs & made for a most comfortable stay. Our thanks to Kate the owner who was very friendly & helpful. No problem in calling her. The apartment is close to the Supermarket & there is a corner shop very close by for essentials. Restaurants are within walkable distance. We had such good food. We would recommend the apartment to others. You won't be disappointed. Marion

We very much enjoyed staying at 1 Bellevue Terrace. The beautiful flat was spacious, stylish & comfortable, in a great location close to the Newtown & within easy distance of shops & restaurants & cafes. When I’m back in Edinburgh I’d love to stay there again!!

The flat is lovely and spacious. The location was within walking distance to The Royal Mile, to Waverly Train Station, and High Street. Kate and Angus were very responsive and pleasant with any concerns we might have. Overall an extremely pleasant experience. I plan on returning to this property.
