Hospitality of the staff

There was no hot water in the bathroom, no pool at the property, no lawn area to walk, food was very average.

Hotel and premises were neat and clean.

The restaurant was reasonably good and pleasant restaurant staff.

I will not stay here again. The hotel staff was terrible. Our bathroom toilets did not work and they provided no solutions on fixing it or alternate options. The key cards did not work and we had to go down three times to get it fixed and they did not even apologise.

The hotel’s right next to the station which makes it convenient for people coming and going by train. Even though the food menu is limited, the food was good and all the staff in the restaurant are very friendly and helpful. They made us feel very comfortable. Rooms are very clean and comfortable; well above expectations for their budget friendly price point, so that’s great.

The WiFi was a little iffy.

We were given early check-in on request.

We booked the hotel for swimming pool so that kids can enjoy but it was under renovation and we were not informed about the same. Also, there was a disturbing drilling sound the whole day from terrace. The staff did not inform us about the renovation, otherwise we would have found an alternative property.

I think if you are looking for value for money place to stay in, then it is quite good and staff were helpful.

Breakfast wasn’t good at all as parathas and other available food were not cooked properly.
