Das Studio ist sehr geräumig und hell (ganze Seite Fensterfront). Die Küche ist wirklich komplett ausgestattet (Herd mit Backofen, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine "Tassimo", Wasserkocher, Toaster ... auch genügend Geschirr und Besteck). Das Bett ist in einem Schrank untergebracht und lässt sch problemlos herunterklappen bzw. wieder hochklappen. Die Tiefgarage ist sehr geräumig und der Stellplatz ich für größere Kfz geeignet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit und bei Bedarf problemlos erreichbar. Die Altstadt von Graz ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar; ein Supermarkt (Bild) findet sich im gleichen Gebäude.

The host is so kind and helpful. The flat is extremely perfect! It contains everything we need. We chat a little bit with the host, and she’s very willing to reply all my questions. We did spend wonderful 5 days in Graz! People there are so friend friendly and kind.

Perfect location near the center of the city. The appartment is comfortable, very well equipped ; very welcoming hosts.

Everything was perfect, what's more was better than expected. What I would emphasize here is the welcome what was excellent and that we could feel the owners cared about every little details at the accomodation in a way I haven't experienced before. Thank you very much! :)

The apartment is very good located close to the historical center. It was very clean and comfortable. Free parking in the garage is a huge plus. The host was very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended for family/couple stay in Graz!

Great apartment, very well equiped with many appliances & accessories. There is underground garage in building with private parking space. Sparkling clean. Wifi was excellent. Almost in city center, everything is very near. Big market is in the same building. Hosts are very friendly and helpfull. Fully recommended.
