Although we’ve been coming to lanzarote for 26 years it’s the first time we’ve stayed here. It’s by far the best villa we’ve had and will hopefully return!

The villa was everything we had hoped it would be and more, clean, well equipped and with a lovely welcome pack on arrival. Even the four month old baby was well catered for! Thank you.

Lovely villa, deceptively spacious. Great location for a very pleasant 5 minute walk to the marina with all its restaurants and bars, local shop within easy walking distance.

The villa is exceptional. Plenty of communal space but also enough room to spread out. I can’t recommend it highly enough

Perfect villa in the perfect location! Wonderful welcome pack when we arrived. Great facilities over 3 floors, which was perfect as we had multiple families and friends. We never felt like we were on top of each other. Quiet location and only 10 min stroll to the restaurants and shops. Fab time and would highly recommend

We’ve been to many villa’s in playa Blanca over a number of years and this one is fabulous for a big party. Communication with Eileen was brilliant. Thanks Eileen. Only one minor criticism is that the fence above the wall should be extended between the villa and no 1 villa to give more privacy

From booking to our departure communication with Eileen was both helpful and Speedy. The villa itself enjoys a beautiful position with sea views. Inside the villa has plenty of space for all with everything you need and more. The welcome pack was very generous, including cleaning and hygiene products that i’m my experience are not usually provided. We have stayed in many villas over the years and would all rate this as one of our favourites. Hope to return in the future.

As a family of eight ( 6 Adults & 2 Children ) we had a wonderful holiday in the Villa, in a quiet location but only a 5 minute stroll to Marina Rubicon with lots of lovely restaurants and shops. A further 20 minute walk will take you into the main centre of Playa Blanca. There is everything in the villa you would possibly need to enjoy your holiday plus Eileen left a super welcoming pack which helped immensely as we arrived later in the evening. The villa is set out extremely well on three floors which we found worked extremely well as we all had our own space to relax. Eileen the host was lovely - she was always quick to answer any queries before and during the holiday and I look forward to returning in the future. I would have no hesitation in recommending this wonderful villa to friends and family !

Spacious accommodation with excellent facilities. Ideal for a large family as the property has extensive entertainment- heated pool, table football, table tennis, darts, computer games. 10 mins walk to marina where there are lots of places to eat. Location is superb, right next to the coastal path with sea views. Host is very helpful.

The property is well packaged for the family. Enough space and a great range of facilities. We were 5 adults and 3 children. Very well positioned for the Marina and promenade. We all loved it.

This property and its host Eileen ticked every box for us. Perfect location just a short stroll along the adjacent promenade to the marina. Very quiet. Amazingly clean and so well equipped. We were greeted by the best welcome pack EVER !! This holiday was for 2 family birthdays. One a big milestone and we had family members coming and going during the stay to celebrate. Eileen went out of her way to accommodate arranging linen change for us. We left for the airport to drop off one set of visitors, returned with the next and it was all done ! If we could give 6 stars to this host we would.

We had a great week at this lovely villa. It was in such a good location it couldn't have been any better. The villa itself offers plenty of room for either one family or 2 families sharing very well thought out. The manager Eileen was brilliant, very helpful and arranged a great welcome pack for us on arrival. Will definitely come back.

Great villa beside the seafront within a short distance to restaurants and the local town. Plenty for all the family to do and lots of space in the house. We will definitely be back.

Fantastische villa , ieder had zijn eigen etage. Optimaal genoten van onze vakantie. Zwembad heerlijk en ligging perfect. Zeker een aanrader voor een ander jaar!

Great villa and very spacious. Lovely location in walking distance of shops, restaurants, marina and beaches and peaceful location. Lovely size villa which was well equipped with everything required. Travelling with 2 teenage boys and elderly parents the layout and space in the villa was excellent. Especially with the separate area downstairs and games Inc pool, darts, books and table tennis. Nice size pool. Communication from Host Eileen excellent and welcome package was very much appreciated after a delayed holiday due to covid travel restrictions. Thank you Eileen.

Great property in excellent location. Perfect for our family of 8! Villa well equipped it had everything you could require Including a welcome pack of essentials and local foods which we all enjoyed sampling! Eileen has obviously put a lot of thought in here. Short walk to the marina to shops and restaurants. Eileen was a very attentive host and assisted us even before our arrival with contacts for booking pre departure tests required for our journey home. Always on hand to answer any questions we had and there were a few as we are in crazy times for travel! I would certainly recommend this villa and am looking forward to our next stay! Villa espaciosa y con todas las comodidades, con espacio para ocio y zona extraordinaria de piscina para disfrutar del clima de Lanzarote. Posiblemente de las mejores ubicaciones de Playa Banca.

La casa esta fenomenal, no le falta de nada, hemos estado muy agusto, pudimos entrar antes de la hora prevista. Muchas gracias Eileen por el recibimiento.

El alojamiento está bastante bien, con todo tipo de electrodomésticos y juegos. Como inconveniente destacaría la necesidad de cambiar los colchones, también la de poner en los baños toalleros y combatir las hormigas. Si se mejoran los colchones seguramente repetiremos.

The villa had everything and more than you could wish for. Comfortable in all weathers (we were there whilst the sandstorm blew over), it has all the facilities you require for a day or night in. It’s located in a perfect spot, within easy walking distance of Playa Blanca marina, with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. You can also walk into the town along the seafront. The owner Eileen was more than helpful, especially when we were delayed due to the three day sandstorm. I would definitely recommend this villa and we will definitely return. Comfortable attractive property in a great location.

We stayed at the villa over the New Year period and couldn't have been more pleased with the villa! There was a lovely welcome package waiting for us so we didn't have to rush out for supplies which was a bonus. Spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything you could need for a break in the sun. The pool was great for a refreshing dip after lounging in the sun and the outside barbecue area was also put to good use. The villa is a short walk down to the Marina Rubicon where there are a wide variety of nice bars and restaurants. We had a hire car so also got a chance to explore the island a little. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Eileen

Perfect winter sunshine getaway. Location is superb, with just a short walk to the marina - children enjoyed feeding the fish bread there. Playa Papagayo is c45min walk and the villa offers a beautiful view of the beaches. Eileen’s generous gifts of a bottle of wine, water, bread, coffee, tea, milk etc made our arrival a smooth one without the need to pop out to the shop immediately (c5-10mins walk away). Plenty of room for everyone. Our daughters enjoyed the games room with table football and pool table....and of course Netflix in the lounge. The pool was perfectly heated and plenty of sun loungers and chairs to choose your perfect resting position! Eileen was an excellent host - great communication. Thank you.

Minutes walk to the seafront and the marina. Enjoyable stay in a very well equipped villa.

The property is as described on the website. With four bedrooms and four bathrooms it was ideal for four blokes on a walking holiday. It is a short walk to the local supermarket and the restaurants at the marina. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is of an excellent standard, Eileen respondered quickly to any requests we had, and she dealt with these in a professional manner, the villa is like home from home, quiet location would be happy to book the villa again thankyou for our lovely stay it was very relaxing.
