Poor wifi, basically unusable. It seems to me that this is unacceptable in this time.

Everything it's perfect

Great location right at the end of the main shopping avenue from the city center, across the street from the park, and 5 minutes' walk from the train station. Parking available right in front. Easy 24-hour access with receptionist, who was very friendly and spoke perfect English. Rooms super clean, and have excellent lighting, fridge, and work desk. Bathrooms clean, and stylishly designed. Air conditioning / heating unit worked perfectly and quietly kept the room super comfortable. Drapes kept out the light for a comfortable sleep through the early morning. Really couldn't ask for better.

Beds were quite narrow, and mattresses a little on the soft side for my tastes. Plus, the combination made it fairly easy to literally fall out of bed if you roll over a lot while you sleep. Restaurant functions only for breakfast, but there is a terrific Kozlovna restaurant one block away which was even open on a holiday, so that's more than enough for a great meal and good times.

Bathroom extractor fan was way too loud

Hotel in the old town, with design in the style of the first republic era. My room was single and minimalistic in size, with an even smaller bathroom. In general clean, with good bed, a bit warm without aircon. When the window is open, noise from nearby roads can be heard. Parking is in front of the hotel and the place is very easy to be found. It is on the edge of a historic town and pedestrian zone with restaurants. Some 600m is Bata canal, where are very nice paths for running. Breakfast is very simple and if you are after healthy food you might be disappointed. The place takes care of safety, I was asked for a vaccination certificate, the staff wears masks, ... very good.

There is a terrasse in the breakfast room. If somebody starts smoking on the terrasse, smoke enters through the door into an inside room. Very disgusting. Smoking shouldn't be allowed in the entire facility.

Clean room, our room had a balcony, hotel is in the old town centrum

Having stayed in many modern trendy places this was like stepping into the past. It was wonderfully traditional with dark wooden furniture, patterned carpets and long drapes. The staff were helpful and friendly. The pictures on the walls were not prints, the taps not plastic (but brass I believe), this was authentic old fashioned luxury. I really liked the experience.

Nothing significant was objectionable, I don't like minibar fridges in the room, to me they feel like a system of trying to get more from visitors, but hey you don't need to use them.
