nothing specific. I think they can improve on the food menu and provide more options for selection. Kolkata is known for its rich food delicacies and getting the chance to savor some of its tastes at the comfort of the hotel would be nice.

Things I liked about this property were the excellent location, hospitable staff, value for money and most important of all - the one and only Babu bhaiya, who would go beyond the call of duty to make my stay as comfortable as can be. Of I had any problem during my stay, I could make a request at any time to him and he would immediately do the needful and always with a smile. Hats off to him and all the other staff (front desk, security, etc) as well… as this is one place where the hotel team is exemplary in its customer service.

Absolutely fraudulent. Room was dusty. Took us to a different nearby guest house instead of giving rooms in the hotel.

Perfect hotel in Kolkata. Rooms are confortable and very clean. The location is very good. Babu was very helpful and friendly. 100% recommend.

Rooms are very small and is not as its shown in the advertisement, and mattress looked quite old fashioned not worth of money there was not any towel in the room and washroom was even quite small not worth of money they charged.
