- Nearby the subway and many good restaurants in the proximity - has a kitchen where you can cook and good appliances - the apartment is big and the internet connection was great - has central heating and water which is very important in bucharest

- the smell: really bad smell coming from the bathroom - there was water leak in the bathroom that was there for a long time unrepaired but the staff pretended it's the first time they see it - noise from the street: we were aware is close to the main boulevard but some investment in isolating the noise would be great - there was a weird guy knocking at the door on the first day, the location can be easily accessed by weird people - I think last time that place saw some fresh paint was 10 years ago, the walls were really dirty - bad quality of the towels (they were not changed at all during our stay)

very claustrophobic, no window to open, shower drain blocked, walls dirty, broken couch, bad with broken mattress. this condition in flat 9

pictures are far from reality, king 7 was having some mold in the shower and a funky smell. appliances not very clean

Not sure where to start,should be 0 stars,not 3,landlord not even bother to clean before we check in,shower leaking,dust everywhere,cobwebs in every corner,location is good but i not recommend to stay in here till they not doing a full refurbishment.
