The decor was excellent as was the cleanliness. Lovely staff very obliging. Excellent location.

Being older we were not aware of the number of steps. We found it quite challenging to climb to the top floor. Would suggest that you are made aware prior to confirming your booking. Also the wifi although free was very poor.

Great location because you can walk easily to the Diocletian palace or the beach. Rooms are also near restaurants so no need to have a car at all.

The rooms are above a restaurant so sometimes it was a bit noisy but not on a regular basis.

location was excellent - in the heart of split. 6 mins Walking distance to all sights of split .Everywhere was exceptionally clean , The building was immaculate, the streets and the restaurants were the same.

Elena is absolutely fantastic! The property is very nice and convenient; I stayed in both locations. The main location can be a bit noisy, but the rooms are lovely and the service exceptional! Elena was quick to respond and helped arrange airport transfers, made great restaurant recommendations and was overall amazing!

One night was very noisy; we had the windows open for air flow and several times I was awakened by street noise. The second night we figured out the AC and closed the windows, which was much better.

Everything was first class and Elena was outstanding - knowledgeable, helpful and always with a beaming smile.

The room was in a central part of town, 15 minutes' walk from the ferry terminal. It was clean, spacious and there was no noise coming from the street. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. I emailed reception with a few questions before we arrived (i.e. how long it would take us to walk from the ferry terminal, the option of leaving our luggage at reception), and they answered very quickly. There are a few places nearby that serve breakfast, including a bakery and pastry shop.

Everything was great. I can't fault it.

I arrived very late at night and left early the next morning. so it was more of a stop over stay. I was grateful to find a bed in an otherwise fully booked Split! And it was a great location and very pleasant room!

The hotel was amazing, the location was so central and near everything. The room we stayed in was an absolute delight, it was spacious, the decor was beautiful and the bathroom was perfect to use. The manager of the hotel Elena was extremely helpful, booked tours for us, was contactable 24/7, so friendly, kind and extremely helped us when speaking with Croatians. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, anyone who goes to split needs to stay here!!!

We had a very warm welcome. This stuff is amazing friendly! The location is perfect to explore the city but even just to chill in the hotel or at the beach that is close by. Everything in the room was new and in a very good quality. And the bed was amazing :))

To be honest everything was more than fine. Are you sure it’s a hot country :)) maybe it would be nice to have a cold welcome drink (water)

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was furnished attractively and eveything was in immaculate order. The bathroom was a good size with a walk in shower. From its condition I assumed the accomodation was new but was told the rooms had been developed 4 years ago. The room is one of 6 in this property. Reception is in a separate building just round the corner which accomodates the larger Priska Luxury rooms. There are steps to the front entrance and stairs to our room on the second floor. Everywhere was very clean. The location was good at the edge of the old town. It was only a short walk to the centre of the old town but also good for taxi drop off and pick up. There were plenty of small bars and cafes very nearby for breakfast and coffee. I would definitely stay there again.
