loved the open plan kitchen lounge perfect for a group of us

attended to celebrate an engagement, was absolutely fantastic would definitely recommend

good facilities, loads of space to get ready, lots of toilets, lots of facilities

Beautifully decorated, great location and everything you’d need for a stay. plenty of Curley, plates etc, ironing board and iron in the property

the floors could’ve done with a better clean. we all had filthy feet after a few hours in there, but we was a bit early and arrived while the cleaning was taking place so that may have been the reason why.

Amazing property, so much space and hidden gem of a property.

It was excellent place to stay with a group of girls, lovely decorated and furnished throughout. Close to Brighton beach and would highly recommend it

This is a convenient location for a stay in Brighton but you may need a taxi to get into town. It was spotlessly clean and the bedding good quality. There are some essentials provided and it is an easy walk to the nearest co-op. Lots of information about Brighton and the surrounding area provided. The booking staff are very responsive and helpful. The biggest perk is the parking space. We just about managed to squeeze two cars on it.

Some of the appliances etc are getting to the end of their life. The dishwasher, for instance, did not clean the dishes. Many bulbs needed replacing and the blind in the ensuite bedroom was missing, leaving just voiles on the window. There were no appliance instructions in the folder. There was only a travel iron.
