Locatia foarte buna, dimensiunea apartamentului si confortul oferit au fost puncte forte ale cazarii. Personalul a fost foarte amabil.

Бяхме настанени на първи етаж в задната сграда и съответно нямахме гледка. В стаите миришеше на застояло и беше много влажно. Миризмата от канализацията е нетърпима. Храната беше безвкусна и трябваше да се чака адски много за скарата. Когато свършеше дадено ястие, не се изнасяше от същото, а се предлагаше друг вид като не се подменяха табелките. Десертите също бяха под всякаква критика. Алкохолът е със съмнително качество, кафето безвкусно. Последния ден мъжът ми се натрови от храната на закуска, уточнявам че не сме консумирали нищо извън хотела.

We stayed at Theopolis for 8 nights and we found the entire holiday extremly enjoyable, perfect for us. I will begin with the staff and hotel management. They were extremely kind and attentive, always trying to help us with any requests we made. The communication was stunning and we really appreciated. To us, out of the staff, Zhive in the lobby bar, with her delicious cocktails and Stanislava, the cleaning lady stand out. They were always with a smile on their face and Stanislava even spoke to us in Romanian. We absolutely felt at home thanks to her and the cleanliness was perfect, done every day. Regarding the food, we found it tasty and with enough options for anybody. The barbeque was great, we utterly enjoyed it. Plus, because the restaurant was sea side, enjoying the sea breeze was a very nice perk while dining. Another thing that we really loved were the free sun beds, as we went every single day to the beach. The free parking was great, as well. As a nice touch, the hotel also sent up to my room a bottle of sparkling wine and a card for my birthday. Overall, it was a stunning holiday for our group and we would gladly recommend this hotel for a lovely time in Obzor.

The overall experience was excellent. The only cons: thin walls(TV, children crying and voices from other room can be heard. Well manered neighbors plays a huge roll for your rest. Room: spacious, large beautiful window, amazing balcony with the beach view, daily fresh towels and cleaning, vintage good taste furniture. Food: good variety, tasty, very attentive staff, option to eat indoor/ outdoor. Beverages: lots of options, beer, cocktails, speciality coffee, juices(all included) Reception staff very kind, professional, good English, very helpfull with xtra needs. Free parking, free sunbeds with umbrela, 2 min walk to the beach. Ozbor pretty pitoreske quiet little town.
