air conditioning inside the room was barely working, no air conditioning in the bedroom so it was hot like hell in there. no changing of towels and bedsheets, no cleaning service, the floor was dirty when we arrived there

Location was very nice, the pool is nice size, the bar is well managed. The apartment is a good size, the kitchen is well equipped.

The apartment was clean except for the floor, which was very dirty (don't understand why??!?!). There was a mop in the apartment, so I have proceeded to wipe the floor the minute we arrived. No changing towels during our stay (8 nights).

Good location but not the front beach. Still 300 m to go to the beach.

Some small details: As a penthouse expectations are normally high. Inside the cabin shower it's no place to put shampoo or soap, shower sink was very slow, busted lights on the terrace, no cushions for the lounges,though some they do have at other penthouses around. I wpuld say it's missing the premium feel which supposed to be there.

The terrace of the penthouse was nice.

We booked an apartment with terrace and a "balcony with view;" however, it turned out that it was a balcony with view of the parking lot. Not as described! When we arrived, the fridge was not working. It was switched out quickly, but the broken fridge just stood in the hallway for 3-4 days. The lock to our door stopped working. It took 2 and a half hours and three "specialists" to destroy the lock and install a new one. The shower is not sealed properly. Water comes out of the cabin and floods the entire bathroom. Water is also not draining properly.

Great and comfortable appartment. Perfecty locatwd place just at seaside. Nice and helpfull staff.

The view from the room was wonderful

Although it was mentioned that we have parking, we did not find a place beside of the first day, otherwise we had to leave the car on the street, quite risky and difficult for a family with baby and a lot of luggage. The shower was another inconvenience, it was broken and the water spilled in all directions.
